Got my ears pierced. Very knowledgeable clerk / customer service presented me with all of the disclosures and all of the aftercare information. They are really thorough.

Julie pierced my teen son’s ears with so much care, humor and sweetness. It was a fantastic experience. She was so thorough with marking and practice cleaning. I highly recommend! I love this Claire’s!

I love this store! Always have loved going into this cute store and looking at all the cute girly stuff. Cute purses, cute cell phone covers, lots of cute hair assessories , purses jewelry, wallets, coin purses, nail polish and other makeup accessories. That's another cute stuff for birthday presents. The store also offers ear piercing

Would give five but the piercer took soooooo much time with the little girls ahead of us, it took forever. I get it but so much re0etition and unnecessary gargon for what it was.

Good selection and prices but the associate was weirdly rude. And not just to us but we also saw her being rude to a mother and daughter that came in also.

This is a fun store and my granddaughter's love all their unique and fun item's!
