I am a senior in high school therefore I can’t easily spend $300 on one set of piercings at a tattoo shop. I have gone to Claire’s for all 13 of my ear piercings and have had 0 problems every time. I just got my triples done today and the lady was very sweet and actually cared to help me with placement and earring choice at an amazing price. I have never had any piercing get infected before because I actually follow the after care procedures. You have to make sure you take care of the piercings for the full 3 weeks or yes they will get infected, that is not because of Claire’s that is because of poor aftercare. Overall fantastic experiences every time I’ve gone in. I hope this helpful to someone.
Chey did my 6 month olds ears. I have been on the fence about getting her ears done & on top of that was so nervous my lo was going to fuss and possibly only be able to get one ear done… but because of Chey’s expertise the process was timely, clean and precise. She was really good about making sure they weren’t crooked which was my worst fear took her time with that. She assured me she’s been doing it for a super long time & honestly I’m so glad I did this for her, they couldn’t be more perfect! Thanks Chey!
Got our babies ears pierced here today. ShayI think that's how it's spelt was the one who pierced them. Very professional! Very thorough on making sure they were even. Thank you!
If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! The staff were incredible and personable. I got my ears pierced by Jalisa, HIGHLY recommend. Not only did she fix my old hole that was messed up from when I first got it done, but she made sure I loved the spot of the piercing before she put the earrings in. If you're on the fence about going here, don't be! It's so worth it!!
My daughter had her ears pierced at a different location, and within 48 hours, she lost one. After a less than favorable experience trying to re-pierce at the original location my daughter refused to allow them to re-pierce, and they were not very kind to us, we called this location and they were able to get us in same day. They were absolutely awesome and professional. Even gave a small discount for the hassle we went through. They were fantastic. I highly recommend their staff!
My fiance took me here to pierce my ears in attempt to recapture my youth. Worker there was surprisingly enjoying her work as she and my fiance chatted and judged my supposedly nice looking ears. She was hesitant at piercing my ears because she seemed to crave perfection which is a plus. She also cleaned and sanitized everything extremely thorough as well. The rest of the store seemed normal but with an outstanding customer service.
We received great service getting our ears pierced; even a few weeks after I returned and was reassured that my piercings were healing beautifully!
My son just got his ears pierced here and it went perfect! The manager that did them was so nice and thorough! She said she had worked there over 5 years and has done approx. over 15,000 piercings. It was half the price of local tattoo shops. And that was with 14k gold and a 4mm cz stone. Everything was sterile and she took proper precautions prior to piercing. She was a wonderful manager and I'm glad we had her for my sons first piercing!
I tried to post about my buying experience on the company's Facebook page and my comments disappeared into the world wide void. Promises on their website offering discounts if you sign up for Claire's Club or emails are bait and switch. They will not cancel your item after its purchased even within 24 hours and will not price match. You can only get the shipping cost back in a gift card. They also price gouge up to 50%. The customer service line is severely not helpful and they genuinely do not care.
I went there to get my second lobe piercing; the lady who did it was very nice and took her to make sure everything looked right and level. She was telling me it would be quick and painless, which was true. My seconds are taking slightly longer to heal than my first lobe piercing, but there weren't any infections : Prices were descent and affordable. I would recommend to a friend!
