I had the most amazing experience at this Claire’s thanks to the fantastic employees working there. Shoutout to Kyara, Emily, and Mollie for being so sweet and welcoming : Genuinely had such pleasant conversation with them, and they made me feel very comfortable. Got my ears pierced here, definitely great and they have so much cute stuff. A bit pricey, but a must go if you like to indulge every once in a while.
I found four pairs of adorable earrings, a package of false nose rings, and eight pairs of clear rubber backings for my other earrings. Because of an o going promotion, three of the pairs were completely free! The nose rings are fairly good quality for the price. They are sterling silver and the plain ones come in three different sizes per package. All of their earrings are just flexible enough to fit all ear lobe sizes and thicknesses, as well as limit damage if they get caught on your mask!
It was a good experience. My 13yrs old daughter and I went to get our ears pierced for Christmas. I just wish the young girl would have let us get what we could afford and not have money for Christmas Day
I was hesitant to get my daughters ears pierced here because I have heard a lot of mixed reviews so I went ahead and just found out for myself. Let me start off by saying my daughter is 2 months old, I was nervous about getting this done but whole process was fast and easy. The girl who pierced my daughter's ears was knowledgeable about the process and explained everything very well. The area was clean and everything was sanitized. The piercing was done fast and the earrings were placed correctly. I would definitely recommend this store.
Went to get my daughter's second hole pierced, I told the lady I wanted the regular earrings instead of the rapid healing and she refused to give it to me. I debates with her and she continued to not allow me to get the regular earrings. My daughter had her heart set on getting her ears pierced so we went ahead with it but never again. You don't have to like my decision but you should at least respect it.. especially in front of my kid
The girls that work here are awful. They sit and gossip about people on their phones and even about customers after they’ve left. When they ask people to donate after making a purchase and the customer declines, they say “really? It’s only 10 cents”. They pressure people into spending money. I understand when it’s a good cause but they make people uncomfortable. It’s happened to me on 3 different accounts. Between the gossiping and blatant rudeness, I won’t be back. They really need to consider hiring more professional people.
