Don’t get pierced here. Don’t get me wrong, employees are nice. They make piercings feel like nothing. It isn’t them, but it’s the fact that they use a gun. It can damage your ears and shatter your cartilage. I got mine done a few days ago. It isn’t shattered but i’m just warning you guys out there. Go to a APP certified piercer instead. They also can’t do inside your ear which is misleading bc they say that they can. Anyways.
I'm very happy with Kort for helping me and Piercing my ears. I love the way they look now. I had to re-pierce my ears. They closed up. I am having fun with my pierced ears now. :<3<3

I went to do earrings for my baby they sold me earrings that didn’t fit my baby she got ear infection so I went to the store again and the owner sold me another pair of earrings saying that she needs bigger earrings instead of giving them for free. They tricked me. I’m very disappointed from their service it feels like they only want to sell and make money.
i went today to get my cartilage pierced at 11. They said u need to be 13. i was so and because when i was seven i went and asked at the same place what age i have to be and they said 11. now that i’m 11 they said 13 and i was so furious. if your parents are fine with it and u can tolerate the “pain” then let me do it. i hate this place and i’m never going back!
Bought a 3 pack of tongue rings. 2 of them the ball cracked on the bottom and one was black with pink flowers on it. As I was wearing this one is specifically I felt something was caught on the ball but it wasn’t I looked and the black flower part was coming off like piece of plastic . Mind you I spent $22 dollars on them ‍ Would never buy body jewelry from here again
cute items just like any other Claires around.. but abit disappointed they couldnt pierce my daughters ear.. she was so excited, but nonetheless - everything is very cute there
Was happy I found my rose gold necklace,earrings set for my best friends wedding. Yayyyy
Employees are always nice I just wish they had a bigger location. It's a tight squeeze in there.
The lady that works at Claire's was very helpful and courteous. She did a good job.
