Me and my friend got pierced here last night and had the best experience ever. Adrien helped us and she was exceptional. Not only was she so kind and professional but she made the whole experience very comfortable for us, with it being our first piercing ever. She was very precise in the placement and took feedback very well. 10/10 would recommend!! Not only was she perfect with the piercing, but her customer service with other people in the store was impeccable as well. They need a raise!
The store manager, Julian, is awesome! Myself and 5 others went to the Saratoga Claire’s for ear piercings. We took up at least an hour of Julian’s time, he ended up staying past closing time to finish, and yet he was a delight the entire time! Julian was friendly and professional and the process was very sanitary. We all left very happy with our experience and our piercings!
I have stopped by several times for different things. Every time I go by, they aren't open, even though their hours online say they are. I also try calling and no one ever answers. I called the one in American fork. They answered right away. She got the info to look for the item I was looking for and curiously asked if she could call me back, as she was in the middle of an ear piercing. She called me back within 5 minutes. Definitely worth the drive to go to the American fork one over this one.
I tried their Eyelashes I paid 14$ for one pair thinking they were going to be awesome. They look terrible not even cut the same. I bought the eyelash glue it did not work. I put them on at 6:30 am the corners had lifted off of my eyelids by 9am. They would not let me return them as being flawed. Way over priced and very low quality . Eyelashes from the dollar store are better quality.
My daughter loves it here. The employees are always nice to her!
I came in tonight to get a single piercing. There were two girls working behind the desk and not only did neither one of them greet me or help me in the ten minutes I was looking in the store, but I could not believe the conversation I was overhearing between them and their friends who were hanging out at the store. Talking about how ugly other people are, how uncool others are, how this person shouldn’t hang out with this other person, etc, it was appalling. Really not trying to be a Karen here but something had to be said and I really hope management takes some drastic measures because it was BAD.
We stopped at the Claire's today in the Saratoga Springs Walmart. 2 girls were working there who were more interested in talking about their personal problems than helping anyone. There was a huge mess behind the counter that apparently needed to be unboxed and put away, but they were just talking and when I went to check out, the girl didn't say one word to me the entire time she was checking me out because Girl #2 who WAS NOT WEARING A MASK, kept complaining that her straw was dirty but don't worry, it doesn't stink. And something about her car being dirty. I'm sorry, but I understand you are hiring teenagers, but come on, there's lots of professional teenagers out there who aren't gross and who would appreciate a job. Working at CLAIRE's I guess means hanging out with your friends and not helping customers, not putting away stock and not wearing masks. Side note, after we were done shopping at Walmart we saw them running around the store with bags on their heads laughing. Great choice manager - classy. I won't be back when those two idiots are there.
I’ve brought my daughter here on multiple occasions and even though it says they open at 12:00 we arrived just after and know one was even there to open. We sat and waited for a half an hour and still nothing.
The return policy is different in different stores, but they went above and beyond to help make it right! I’ll definitely be shopping here again!
Overly priced i payd 12 dollars for a pack of earrings and I bought some magnetic earrings and I opened them and I was missing one go somewhere else
