Honestly i have my reservations about getting piercings here. My last set I got done here were not only slightly crooked, but the healing process was AWFUL from unclean practice. But there's a worker there, I don't know her name or preferred pronouns, so if i'm misgendering you, i'm sorry!, but she has multiple facial piercings and gives off forest witch aesthetic. She is AMAZING and sanitized the ENTIRE station multiple times which i noticed the younger girl did not do. She is probably the only claire's employee i will ever get piercings from again lol so if you're on a budget, i recommend her fully!
Great store. Awesome selection. Friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting again.
So overpriced and service has not been good the last few times I went in with my daughter.
Too many special bought more earrings for my Granddaughter.
Despite them being overpriced I bought something for my daughter because we were on a mommy daughter date. There were two employees working the register, I don't know if one of them was in training but they couldn't seem to figure out who should do what. My main problem was the remark made by one them when I said I don't have any smaller bills, "Money bags you." was her remark, with an eye roll tone. To said employee: I know you you don't get paid enough to work a lame job in the mall but remember, you applied for the job, you got the job, be appreciative, you could have a worse job. Be respectful, especially to your customers, they are after all, the ones that contribute to your paycheck. Keep your childish comments to yourself in the presence of customers, you know nothing about my or any other customers' life situations and we know nothing of yours. Your comment conveyed that either you aren't mature enough to be working or your personality doesn't match the kind of work you're doing. As a fellow woman of color you disappointed. Claire's has great products but they are overpriced and have the same problem that most places in the mall do, hiring young people that are mature enough to do their job right, including communicating properly with customers.
My daughter's love this place. Sparkles, glitter and soft fuzzy things wall to wall! Great selection of jewelry. Especially like their large selection of earrings for sensitive ears..

Got my five year old daughters ears pierced. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Absolutely loved the experience.
I pierced my daughter ears last month and we choice the $216 ones and the back of the earrings keeps on falling, now it’s lost, I was expecting more secure since it was so expensive. Next time I’ll just get $15 once and buy the screwback once on Amazon! Ugh so disappointed!!!
45 min due to covid..Tops 11 people in store at a time...If there was a easier way to get in and out would have been so much nicer. Also the line was in the way of people walking so u had to conaitaly move out way of they made the line run across front of store than kids could eye ball things and would help with getting people put of the way.
