The carpet looks gross and the store is very unorganized. it feels like you’re in a abandoned store in the mall.
The employee is in here running around barefoot. That's completely discussing. At least put on some sandles or something.
My daughter and I visit the Christiansburg store rarely and we went when she was about 3 about 2 years ago and the staff wasn’t very professional to us and we didn’t really go back until the other day. When we went this time the store looked completely different, was so much more organized and seemed to just have a glam to it. Not to mention their staff was completely different and I believe the managers name was Emma. She was so great to my little girl Audrey and she made her her number one priority while we were there even though we had other customers behind us while she got her ears pierced. Also the girl who rang us out was Alissa was very kind to us as well. Audrey had such a good experience and I was very happy and surprised at how the store had changed. You guys are doing a great job! Will be back!
My 5 year old went to get her ears pierced today and the ladies that were working were absolutely amazing. MikaI think her name was joked around and talked to her a while before doing it and made sure she was comfortable around them. They did an amazing job.
Always a pleasant experience with helpful and friendly staff. The cashier tonight 7/2/21 was especially wonderful.
They have a bunch of nice products. They should get android cases too. They only have iPhone cases. Its disappointing because not everyone has an iPhone.
This store is so unorganized its ridiculous.
Cute store, mostly for tweens, I think. They do have nice hair accessories.
I got my cartilage pierced here last week. The lady who helped me was very sweet and knowledgeable.
