This was the most horrible service experience I ever had. Completely RACIST!! She was willing to help quicker and faster when she thought my non-Black friend was the customer. As soon as she saw it was a Black customers she was serving, she pivoted to prioritizing serving all the Hispanic people who came AFTER US. We waited for an hour and eventually left because she kept passing us to continue serving people who came way after us. I was going to buy so many things, instead this ruined my daughters birthday who ended up waiting at a shop witnessing racism play out in front of her when she wanted to have her first ear piercing experience.
So I went to Claire’s with my 11 year old daughter and my 2 sons. My daughter wanted her second ear pierce and we went all together around 3:10 pm on Friday, July 16. There was another customer who also wanted her second. There was this blonde lady working and snapped at us and the others. It was her turn and she sat on the chair she started yelling at me and she told my mom and brothers to stay back. I said she had bad attitude and customer service and that she should learn better. Then I left the store. It’s a nice place, but it has bad service with bad employees.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. My mother went in to purchase something for her two granddaughters. My mother asked the lady working there a couple of questions and the lady snapped at my mother she was very rude. How rude this lady was to my mother. How dare she do that. If you are not willing to be people friendly and nice to anyone at any store you should not be working there.
Claire's was a pretty busy place this past Saturday. They were well organized. I visited to have my daughters ears pierced. The person piercing was busy checking out other people. We waited about 10 minutes to be seen. During this time she walked the floor to pick up very quickly. There was some jewelry that had falled off near some children. I have to say she was a bit firm with the children, asking them to please not step on the jewelry as it would break and the would have to pay for it. The tone in her voice was very frustrated and these were very small children with their father. One was special needs. I decided to wait and see how her demeanor was with us. She definitely was kind and answered all questions. Not sure if she just had a moment of loss in patience, this was the only downside to my experience here. Otherwise, the service was great.
Just got my ears pierced here today second piercing higher up my lobes and it was wonderful! Great customer service! Sweet, professional, highly sanitized and safe. Then got a discount on cute earrings for when I'm ready to switch out. Highly recommend this location, thank you!
Nice place to buy for your girls
Waiting in line and no sales person is available. I will not be buying here.
I didn’t even know the other person in the store worked there until we were ready to check out. She didn’t even make eye contact when we walked in and just sorted through the jewelry and played on her phone.
On July 17 . 2 employees were just behind the counter while they put the gate down. The gate was down for hours . Eventually I left very disappointed that people like that get paid .
Some girl named Ashley didn't know you get 3 items for free when you buy three others. She started charging everything regular price once I got to the counter. If you're going to hire anybody at least make sure it's someone who knows the store's offers and isn't on the phone while assisting a customer. Unprofessional.
