Giving a good rating for price point and my car was in one piece when we returned. We did the park,sleep,fly thing and it was reasonable. The room was clean, the hotel is older and shows its age, the staff was very friendly and as stated after being gone for 5days my vehicle was fine. Would use this place again. When you stay here you park your own vehicle and take your keys so no valet and no wait for your vehicle. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and friendly and runs on demand.

We had missed a flight and had to spend the night. We called and they were so friendly and helpful. The lady and gentleman working the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Our luggage made the flight and so we didn’t have some toiletries and they helped us with that as well. The room was very clean and shower was hot. Bonus they have a 24/7 airport shuttle and the guys who drove were friendly also. If ever was in Seattle again would definitely stay there. Plus so close to the airport.

The hotel was adequate for my short 6-hour overnight stay between flights.  Nothing fancy, but not bad at all.  The shuttle to the airport at 3:30 am was quick and reliable.  It was an easy 13-minute walk to the hotel at 9:00 pm, but I was surprised to find the elevator and stairs to the light rail station that you need to use to walk back to the airport locked at 3:00 am, so I used the shuttle instead.

My daughter and I and grand daughter were staying at the ROADWAY Inn next door who had no coffee in the rooms or in the lobby and turned out to be a DISGUSTING cockroach infested hotel. We walked to the Clarion next door and were served Coffee and greeted with Superb! Hospitality! We Cancelled the second night at The Roadway and Tina the manager of the Clarion arranged for us to check in early when we explained our situation. The price for our room was so reasonable! It is CLEAN and very Nice!! Smells so clean too! The staff and location is awesome!! Thank you Clarion and Tina! For being so wonderful to us

For the price, you can't beat it. The hotel needs a bit of remodeling and perhaps a fridge in the room. A 2 min walk brings you to transport to downtown, as well as the hotel offering a free 24 hour shuttle service.  The room we had was a sub-level room, giving us a view of below the parking lot. It wasn't pretty and felt like I was sleeping in a basement. It's all good though, it was only a night.

The value for price that you will enjoy is going to meet and exceed your expectations, I guarantee it. We arrived late last night and were impressed how friendly the front lobby ladies were. They were helpful and attentive. The hotel was orderly and smelled genuinely well kept and clean, from the lobby to the halls,to the hotel room and bathroom. They also had cute decorations up for Halloween. We were so glad we were able to have a comfortable and clean rest before our flight the next morning. The bed and pillows were soft and cozy. The room had a fridge and microwave. This is not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a proud and clean hotel at a nice price. I recommend.

The employees at the front counter were very friendly and did the best they could do. You can tell that they are short staffed and are taking on multiple jobs.  The room was scary! Large stains on floors, ceilings and walls. 100% sure that the bathroom wasn't cleaned! Sucks that it wasn't realized until taking a shower the next day! Thankfully, the bedding was clean. Will not be booking here again.

If you're staying here for one night, it's a decent hotel. Any longer than that then look elsewhere. The hotel is understaffed, the front desk is hit or miss with their friendliness, accommodations are outdated, but worst of all are the key cards. If the keys worked most of the time, this review would be a whole lot different.  I stayed at the hotel for business for 10+ days. Every single day, the key would no longer work on any doors. It was a daily routine to first try and go to my room, see the key doesn't work, walk around to the front of the hotel, wait in line for the single person they have running the front desk, and go through the process of getting a new key. Every. Single. Day.  So if you need a place to crash for the night before or after a flight, sure this will get the job done. If you're staying at longer, you're best looking for another place. Unless you really want to get your steps in.

Great military pricing if you've decided to find a hotel over night instead of sleeping at the air port. They pick up and drop you off close to any terminal, just make sure you're at one of the pick up islands before calling. The rooms were great for the price we paid, and the hot shower pressure was great. Only complaint i had was the heater was noisy and we thought it was trying to catch fire.

Place is not exciting, old structures and it's almost quite which is actually great. Water pressure of the shower and sink is so bad. Towels feel old and used many times, hopefully they clean it like really well to atleast kill the germs. Coffee machine basket was missing which is not a big of a deal. Bed sheets and pillows do not have the best texture but gladly I was able to sleep fine. Unfortunately they don't do Automatic Room service cleaning, you have to call front desk to request for it. Overall it's pretty ordinary and nothing fancy, makes sense that you can stay $80 per night or maybe it's too much.
