Randy did my taxes for 2017. We started a business and I decided it was time to hire a professional. I had never paid so much for an accountant in my life, however, it was worth every penny. Randy found a state tax that I had been paying, but should not have been paying due to the type of business we are in. He showed me how to file amendments to my state taxes for the two years that I paid a tax that I should not have been paying. I ended up getting a refund from the state for almost $4900. That one adjustment alone has already saved me thousands of dollars. Randy and another accountant there named Thomas have both been very helpful with any questions I have had. Overall I am very pleased with everything they've done so far!!

I work a job as well as having a significant self-employed side job. After the biggest year of my side career I quickly realized that I was in over my head.  They quickly assisted me in submitting an extension for my tax return, and worked me in when other firms declined to help.  It’s not over yet, but they’ve been able to make sense of heaps of paperwork and homemade spreadsheets, and I am very pleased with their service so far.

David & I are impressed with the new offices in Tukwila and personal service of Mr. Clark and Curtis who worked tirelessly, beyond our expectations, to explain and get evrything out on time.  Also  thanks to friendly  office staff who kept us informed in covid masks & full protocol.

My interaction with Randy have been more as a colleague than as a customer. I have known him for about a half a year and meet with him each week in a business group. I have also seen him at a number of chamber of commerce events and attended his presentation regarding Quick Books. My impression is of an intelligent and ethical man.  His knowledge and ability go beyond number crunching and tax prearation. His experience with business gives him unique insight and capabilities to do everything from projecting income and expenses to discovering the dishonesty among ones employees. If I did not have an accountant which I have been with for some years I would seek his services and can with a sense of confidence recommend him to one and all.

Worked with Thomas and he looked at my crypto currency transactions and after realizing that they were unable to calculate them in a timely fashion which is understandable, he reached out and told me that he was opting out of doing it.  I then replied back and asked for clarification and whether I could still use the firm for the rest of my taxes and got nothing back.  A week later I tried again asking for a status and still nothing.  I then called a few days after the last email and asked to leave a message for Tom to get back to me or just respond to my email.  Nothing.  I called back for a final time days later and talked to Tom, who thought that he didn't need to follow up on my questions after he recommended that a portion of my taxes were too cumbersome.  The lack of follow up and blatant disrespect for a client's questions and concerns are very disappointing.  Be cautious when working with this firm.  Terrible experience for me and it has set me back a few weeks now in the busy tax season...
