Very nice and helpful. I had 2 rings sized. Fair price. It's cheaper than other Jewely Stores. Fast returns. They do inside self repairs. Beautiful pieces of jewelry offered in store. No pressure when you're shopping for that special piece of jewelry. The store also orders special pieces if not in stock.
I stopped in by chance just to verify something and it was the greatest surprise every! I trusted them with a family heirloom because they insisted that they could make it look good . I'm so glad I did, it is amazing! You now have a customer for life. I can't thank you enough and will forever be grateful that I stopped in.
I could not recommend Ashley and her team more! We came to her with an idea and she made it happen. I could not be happier with how my ring turned out!!
Even though I visited for just a watch battery replacement, the ladies here treated me very kindly and had me fixed up and on my way in minutes. The jewelry and watches on display were varied and tasteful, and appeared to cover a wide range of prices. I know where I'll be doing some Christmas shopping in the near future!
My friend wanted to have his watch crystal replaced. They told him $ 9.95 so he left his watch. A week later he went to pick it up and was charged $35.

Incredibly disappointed in this local jewelry store. I took a pendant in to have the stones reset into a ring 3 weeks ago. I was told Ashley was the only person who could help me. She did contact me to give me a couple prices and mountings to look at. Once I decided to go ahead I had a very difficult time getting through to Ashley. It took several days of text messages and leaving phone messages to finally get through to her. When I asked when I could expect it to be done, she told me she would get me that information the following day. This was June 30. I never heard from her the following day July 1 and had to call the store myself. It was clear that she had not ordered the mounting yet. She told me my ring should be done by done today, July 15. I have had no communication at all over the last 2 weeks from her. I called this afternoon and she had no answer as to when I could expect my ring to be ready but she assured me she would call me back today with more information. It was 4:30 today that I spoke with her. It is now 7:26pm and she still has not been in touch with me. I can't believe how poor the customer service and communication has been from this family owned local jewelry store. If and when I ever get my ring, I will update this review.
My husband and I went in to get our wedding rings sized. We were told they couldn’t size his ring but they could sell him a new ring. We both expressed that the rings had sentimental value to us and buying a new one didn’t feel right. So after his was not going to be fixed, we moved on to mine. I wish now that we would have just left. My finger was sized and explained to me there could be an issue because I have baguettes on my ring and sizing is sometimes an issue and they would let me know if there was going to be an issue. I heard nothing so assumed all was good. They called and said my rings were ready. When I got there learned that my engagement ring, with baguettes, was not able to be sized but they did size my wedding band. I was not contacted about it, and now have two different sized rings. I asked if she could explain why my ring couldn’t be sized…and this is where the rudeness picked up. Obviously over the course of our long marriage, bodies can change. I wasn’t expecting to be insulted and humiliated. The explanation of why my ring couldn’t be sized included the employee saying - loudly for all to hear - going from a 4 1/2 to a 7 is a huge huge jump. And then some other things - then repeated - loudly - the sizes and continued to talk. She was rude and not at all helpful. I finally interrupted her and told her she didn’t need to continue emphasizing the sizes, I know it changed which is why I needed it sized. I asked why no one called me to let me know it couldn’t be done and now I have two different sized rings. She said - well at least one will fit you. At that point I finished paying and left. Needless to say - won’t ever go back. Being insulted while trying to support a local business is not something I will repeat.
Went here to have our daughters 5 & 7 ears pierced. She was amazing, so patient with our one kiddo who was extremely nervous. They were equally amazing two months later when we had an issue with one of our daughter’s ears, again helped us when we came in and was just so patient and sweet with the kids! Will definitely continue using Clark’s for whatever we need!
We’ve done business with the Clark’s since 2003. They are an amazing family jeweler. Highly recommend them for all services from small pieces to heirloom items.
