Shopped here a few years ago for all my household appliances. Had to replace my washer recently. Tracey is very helpful

Just had our fridge delivered today. Have been going to Clark’s since I was a kid. Tracy is so helpful, so nice and knowledgeable about all of their products. We would never purchase an appliance elsewhere.

Bought a whirlpool refrigerator and so far so good! The other one I had to send back was a Frigidaire and the company I bought it from didn't explain that he was a loud running Frigidaire and I was not happy with the place I bought it. Out of 89.99 plus had to pay 74 for stock room which I feel I shouldn't have had to pay. Will shop at Clark's for now on. Thank you!

Our dryer died and we were given timeframes of 1-2 months from the chain stores and then I remembered to call Clarks duh, should always support our local stores first and Tracy was amazing. She walked me through all of the options for our gas dryer and it was installed within a week. Shop local - they are awesome. Thank you!!!!

I can't even begin to say how great this company is, but I'll try. Our refrigerator died over the weekend. We went there Monday, bought an incredible replacement and had it delivered within 2 hours. Their people are great, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Excellent service and selection. Highly recommended.

I grew up with my parents getting all types of items from Clark's. So when I bought my own place and needed appliances and electronics, I went here. Everything I bought from them I either had to bring back or get services by them. Bought brand new Bosch washer and dryer. And was told by them, that is the best top of the line dryer they have. Dryer didn't even last 6 months. And there was nothing they could do. So I told them give me the most basic dryer with not alot of parts. Basically give me your most reliable dryer you have. Was told they use this next type of dryer in all laundry mats and cruise ships. I've had them out twice to replace parts in it. I've had it for a few years now. Next... dishwasher lasted 6 months. Next.....tvs I bought 2 tvs here in the past and never again. When you spend $1,500 on a tv you expect to have it more then a year. Well that wasn't the case twice. I literally had one tv for 3 months and all of a sudden it was showing a dark bar at the bottom. So I brought it back and the guy who runs the place asked me if it was dropped. And there was nothing he could do, unless I shell out more money. Well it wasn't dropped... by me atleast. But after being around this place for literally decades, I've looked in the back and seen how they operate and let's just say I'm not surprised they don't take care of there products. Oh and I bought a tv from best buy for the first time in my life, 5 years ago.... best tv and service ever. Clark's should learn from bigger companies I guess

Jeffrey: I spoke at length to Whirlpool Management. Since the unit is 100% in full warranty for all parts and labor they have determined that the unit should be repaired vs replaced. I discussed the conversation that you had with their consumer experience team misleading you to believe that your unit is a three year old lemon. They apologized for the misunderstanding and have agreed to comp you a complete 5 year DOP extended service contract to offset your peace of mind. Our technicians topline diagnosis leads to one of two parts a season and or a board. The plan for next steps would be to order both parts and arrange for service, repair and monitor the units performance. I understand that the unit does not get daily use therefore the five year contract will offer complete protection. I can be reached in the office tomorrow through Friday Best Regards, Tracy tracy told me today 6/15/2022 they are tried of me and not going to fix be careful with them check to make sure when you buy something when it was made and if it is new

Had a great buying experience! Tracy is outstanding in product knowledge and giving you her undivided attention until the purchase was completed and explained product operations. The installation technicians did an outstanding job and also explained product functions once installed. All appliances are working as design and look fantastic!! I will recommend Clark’s when ever asked. Clark’s beats the big box stores .

We went looking for a dishwasher and walked out with one! We always trust Clarks. We know it will be installed professionally. Great competitive price too. Sure beats those big box stores. We'll always be customers.

Excellent LOCAL company have been using for years. Always helpful and fair. Will go nowhere else.
