Horrible service. Customer Agent / Team lead Oni Faulkner does not know how to do behave with customers. I request to this outlet director to take action for her rude behavior.

One of the store associate is extremely rude! She’s a tiny African American woman. She picked up my personal shoe on the floor and I told her “sorry it’s my shoe”. She immediately dropped it with a disgusted look on her face and said “eww, I was wondering what it was”! She turned around and squeezed a ton of hand sanitizer in front of me and cleaned her hands. I’m thinking if you are so disgusted by customer’s shoes, why would you want to work in a shoe store! I was very offended by it and I was surprised to be treated this way. This is totally unprofessional and rude! I will not return to this specific store anymore! In my opinion customers should be treated with respect! Clarks should not allow this type of customer service exist! It’s a shame!

It's a good thing I don't live close. Bought 2 pair of shoes. One pair that I wanted but couldn't justify the full price. I bought that shoe and am very happy with the purchase. Staff is helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice sturdy well built shoes to choose from. the aisles are pretty narrow and they could add more lighting. We took advantage of the nice sale they were having. Well worth the trip.

This is a review for the personal of the store and maybe someone do something about it. First of all I like a lot Clark's shoes , I have at least 10 pairs. Today I went to the great lakes crossing store , I asked for a pair of shoes 9,5. They were looking for an hour and after almost an hour they told me they have 2 pairs on the store but they can't find it. Seriously ? I left to look other stores and come back after 20 minutes. I asked for another pair of shoes, when they brought the box ,the shoes were dirty. I tell the girl that the shoes are dirty and if they have other pair same color and number ? NO. I asked , if I keep those ,can I get any discount? NO. I end up buying 2 different pairs of shoes because I like the brand, but I think whoever manage the stores and employees should do something if you want for the clients to go back.

Sabrina. I do not need to provide my ID in order to return an item. I had my original form of payment, my original receipt and the items were completely untouched. Clarks return policy is very clear on the back of the receipt and nowhere is there a mention of an ID needed for a return. Please get you stuff together and do not mistreat your other customers like you did me. Thank you.

If you are like me and bummed out about the selection at the Clarks store in The Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, look no further! This outlet has what you need, more than likely. I went here last weekend with a friend and ended up purchasing two different pairs of shoes, one for work and one casual. The store is clean and well organized. This being an outlet store, you're going to get a good pair of Clarks at a good amount less than the normal retail price.

Rude manager and terrible customer service. I've been using Clark since 15 yrs ago. The quality of their products has significantly declined in last few years, however, the stores would have admitted the poor quality and refund if the shoes were damaged quickly. But apparently not anymore! My wife purchased a pair of shoes and in less than a year it was totally damaged. The salesperson told she would refund 50%, but the manager overheard us and took position. He said "these shoes have been in war! You need to just throw them away!!" I kept telling him they have been used by one person for less than a year and we don't expect such quality from Clark and he said no, this is normal and it is just worn out! As if I'm lying about its less than a year usage. He said I'll only give you 25% if you want. I said I don't need your petty cash but it will be the last pair of Clarks shoes ever! He seemed content :

Great service excellent prices on shoes! At outlet mall they were 2 for 89. Couldn't pass up.

Nice leather shoes and both people that work there Oni and Daniel where the nicest sales reps I've ever seen
