I had to bring in my sick cat and felt stressed from the car ride since she was crying pitifully. By the end of the visit, I felt more relieved and at ease. The staff are obvious animal lovers and sympathetic to my kitty. They were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Thayer was kind and thorough in explaining what he thought my cat could be sick with and what the plan of action would be for treatment. He was gentle with examining my kitty and she didn't feel threatened by him she doesn't usually like men. Overall, I feel this place is great and am not disappointed at all.

We lost one of our dear fur babies lucky, unfortunately, while we were in getting him checked on. He was a senior cat pushing 20. The way they handled it was beyond amazing. They allowed us as much time as we needed to grieve, and helped us make arrangements for cremation and getting a paw print mold to remember him by. They made what was a terrible situation a little bit better by their understanding and professionalism. Thank you!

I brought my Doberman shepherd to get her skin checked out from a flea infestation that she turned out to be severely allergic to. Her hair was falling out and her skin was peeling aggressively and she couldn’t stop scratching and biting herself. We brought her in, terrified of a number of things: money and dog behavior. But despite her condition, and her skittish behavior and energy levels, the staff treated her with so much kindness and love and genuinely cares about her. On top of that, the Paw Plan was very much worth the money. They already covered over $500 between treatments and spaying procedure in the last 2 months and the plan is only $69 a month for us. Not to mention, my dog healed from her skin condition in only 3 weeks. Her coat is healthy, she’s more comfortable and happy again. Definitely will be going to them again for my other pets.

I walked in without an appointment. I had a sick puppy that needed attention. I spoke with the girl at the desk, she told me the doctors were all booked, she asked me what vehicle was mine. I waited in my car while she checked with the doctors. Not long after she came out to the car and said she had a room available. We went in and went directly into room 5. It didn't take long and the came in to run a test...she was negative. They gave her a shot for nausea. They gave me a couple pills for her. She is doing a lot better. They did a Great Job. I would recommend them to anyone that Loves pets.

The doctors and staff are friendly and very caring. They always take great care of our 3 dogs. We love the PAW Plan! We’re very happy at Clarke!

Love this place so much! Everyone takes such great care of my puppy, keeping her healthy and giving lots of love and hugs to her when she’s there. All staff is excellent and extremely friendly!

Great treatment for my older dog. Dr. Thayer is kind and compassionate. Everyone else in the office is great with my old guy, who is usually not very happy with visiting the vet.
