After 6 years of driving to Kansas City for my eye doctor I decided it was time to make the switch and fine someone closer. I came on a Tuesday and had the pleasure of working with Dr. Day! She was fabulous! I loved every second of my appointment with her. She was fun, personable, and very thorough! I loved the rest of the staff as well! Would totally recommend!
This was my first time at clarkson. Everyone was smiling and friendly I felt right at home. Dr day was wonderful and an extremely good at diagnosing my vision. I highly recommend clarkson eyecare to everyone.
The staff was very courteous and professional. I was greeted by the lovely staff and felt very comfortable. I was seen on time and they were all so comforting and kind. They eased my anxiety and made the whole experience very pleasant and professional. Makayla is the best attribute to This establishment. It’s great to see a familiar face each appointment. At Affton location, had to return 3 times as their lab made lenses incorrectly! When I picked them up 1st time if the technician had me read the card to test the progressive lenses it would have been noted it was the wrong strength. After waiting another 3 weeks when I picked up glasses the distance prescription for one eye was wrong. I certainly won't return to Clarkson, only reason I went was my previous eye Dr. sold his practice to them.
Have very negative experience when I came to pick up my glasses other day. I had issues with prescription glasses right away and stuff was pretty rude about accepting something wrong with the glasses. I was told to wear the glasses for a week and I'd get used to them. BUT, I see better without the glasses then IN the glasses. Unfortunately for me, no one wanted to listen to me so I had no chose but to leave. They were nice when I had to pay but not when there are some issue...
Tried to schedule an appointment online, said it was confirmed and everything… I got an email 24 hours later saying that the slot was unavailable for all 3 of the appointments I had made, but yet online it let me book it and everything sent me a confirmation email saying that it was set.. I would definitely not waste your time booking an appointment here online, apparently they don’t update their website and let people waste their time or have to call and schedule… most things are done online now, nobody likes actually having to talk to a receptionist to make appointments… it’s 2023 man, get with the program
This office is great. The medical assistants are really sweet and professional and I love Dr. Fogerty. She is really nice, answers all my questions and is really thorough with her exams.
I went in to get my yearly eye exam and found a change in my right eye. After the exam I walked over to browse frames and found a cute pair thanks to Kayla! Great experience on every level.
Very good experience with Makayla adjusting my eyeglasses! I will definitely recommend Clarkson in Affton to friends and family needing exams and glasses.
Dr. Fogarty is great … been going there maybe 10 years… travel from Chesterfield to go to the Affton location… the office manager and staff are professional yet friendly…this is Clara matt’s wife who goes there
