Dr. Claridge is a phenomenal MD! She's compassionate and caring. After years of being gas-lit and brushed off, feeling like I've not been heard, Dr. Claridge is a breath of fresh air for sure! She intently listens to all of my concerns and is dedicated to finding the root cause of my issues through appropriate testing. She's thorough, discusses possible solutions, explains things in great detail and keeps me well informed about my testing and procedures. And, ladies who have or plan to have an IUD insertion, this is the FIRST clinic I've found in over 15 years who actually administer any form of pain relief, and it's just prior to administration. For those who don't know and for those who do that's huge! The staff is also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. As long as Dr. Claridge practices here, I'll be a lifelong patient!
Dr. Case is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever known, she’s caring and considerate. She listens to you and is so helpful! She really cares about her patients and the staff here is also the best! Didn’t ever meet anyone who wasn’t friendly or kind! They made the experience there just fantastic. Ashely does the ultra sounds and really makes you feel comfortable and she’s just so friendly! Truly love this whole office and if I was to have another baby would go to them!
Dr case delivered my daughter in 2009. I loved her. When I was pregnant with my son she was also my Dr. I had in Aug 2013 she was amazing. She left and went to little rock to practice there. In Sept 2018 she came back to Clarksville. I knew I wanted her to be my dr with this baby now. She is very understanding. I just love her. I have never waited more than an hour at the dr office unless I had an ultrasound plus Dr appt, or I was doing the drink test Idk the name of it. Friendly staff. I love this place!
I waited almost a month to be seen here. Waited in an empty lobby for an hour and walked out. Yeah, I forgot my paperwork but it sure didn't take an hour to fill out. I had heard so many great things about this clinic and I was excited after feeling unheard at other clinics in the area. Not sure what the issue was but I won't be going back.
They don't seem to have as much care for the patient as I'd like in that setting. They are vague and inadequate when it comes to informing and treating a patient.
my first time going there to see Dr. case it was a pleasant experience she was really friendly well at first I seen the nurse practitioner which she was awesome as well they just seemed like they caredI have nothing but good to say about them
The caregivers go above and beyond for their patients. They are so patient and understanding and give the best level of care for me and my unborn baby.
Terrible staff ,lazy they made one of my family members leave the waiting room to wait outside in the 95 degree heat for a 2 hour appt u could hear the nurses in another room making fun of my fiances last name wouldn't recommend to anyone if you are a man they do not care much for men
DR. Case listens and works with you. She does care about her patients i haven't had a bad visit here.
All staff are nice and friendly.Waiting time not long.
