Would you or someone you know be interested in leasing a space to store your classic/ antique/ muscle car/ Boat/ Motorcycles etc. in a man cave type setting? Heated storage with a community gathering area set up with a big screen TV, lounge seating and a general gathering place to talk about your toys and your passion to enjoy them. A handful of facilities across the country have been embracing this novel trend that goes beyond basic storage. They’re allowing tenants to enjoy a man caves scenario designed for storing classic cars to simply sitting back and relaxing with friends.
We are currently considering a 20 bay facility, plans are in the preliminary design stage and we need your input on what you want, need and are willing to spend to lease a space that allows you to enjoy and share your passion with others that share your same values in an open concept show room / storage arena.
