The staff who did my eyebrow ruined it completely, made one different from the other. I told her specifically what I wanted and now I have two uneven eyebrows !

My skin is super sensitive and I always end up with cut when I get my eyebrows threaded. Not here. The person did an amazing job

I’ve been to this place multiple times over the past 2 years! For a facial once and eyebrow, I can’t believe I never got her name BUT im pretty sure she’s the owner! She’s AMAZING!! especially on the eyebrows. Im planning on going in for the Brazilian soon so I’ll have to redo my review then! But facial and eyebrows this is definitely my go to! I wish I can give less than 0 stars. Folks please avoid going to this place. Don’t ruin your day. There are couple of ladies there, Both of them are very very rude and disrespectful. Never been to a place where they criticize their customers like this. The way she did the eyebrows is painful like hell. Whole time she’s complaining about other customers. Very Very poor service. During the process she used one napkin, Its very dirty. She offered me alovera gel with that napkin. To Management: Thanks for suggesting me to go to my old salon. I will definitely do that , No one will come to a place like this where they disrespect their clients.

The old lady here is so unprofessional and disrespectful. She didn't even let me check whether hair are removed or not. She completely ruined my eyebrows making it asymetrical and weird looking. It was so painful throughout. I never had so much pain anytime earlier. Moreover, she was making faces and talked rudely when there were tears in my eyes due to pain. Not at all recommendable. Wish never had gone to this place.

I did my eyebrows and facial at classic eyebrow threading and I loved it. I usually have complains that they make my eyebrows thin when I used to go to other place but this place has done my eyebrows exactly the way I wanted. I loved the shape of my eyebrows. They did a great job on my facial as well. The customer service is really good and the cost of facial and eyebrows are much cheaper than other places.

the service was fine. they charged me $7 for eyebrow threading but i later realized it should have only been $5. its possibly because they knew i was a new customer and didnt know.
