Recently went out to Classic Pet Center for the first time and wasn't too impressed. The owners were nice and very helpful but the prices were extremely high. Also, it's probably because I've had my betta for 5 years but it always makes me sad when pet stores keep their bettas in tiny cups with no room to swim. This place didn't even use cups, they had them in tied plastic bags which begs the question how do you feed them?? Not really sure I would want to support this store.
I go in this store often when I'm in Bartlesville. They have a wide variety of pets. I have purchased two bunnies and one guinea pig and some fish from them. They were all healthy. I find them to be very knowledgeable and they seem to enjoy what they do. It is kind of a small building for the amount of pets they have but it is arranged neatly. I really like it there.
I love this pet store. I go in every change i get. I'm thinking about buying a hamster from there also. Their animals are adorable. I've never seen any birds flying around as they are all in their cages. They have a friendly lemar that will come to the window of it's cage and look at you. Their kittens are friendly and the cat that wanders around is friendly also. I would recommend this store in a heartbeat.
I have been in this store several times, only out of necessity. The first time I was in I found a spray to use on my cat who, has skin allergies, and loved it. When I went back to get more, they were out. I asked the girl behind the counter if they would be getting more in. Her reply was "I don't know!" She was busy on the phone texting and I believe she had no idea what I was even talking about. The aisles were filled with boxes of merchandise that had not been unpacked and put on the shelves. The shelves and what stock was on the shelves were covered in dust. A few months ago I had to go in and get some dog food. The store was just as unkept as it was before. One lady was behind the counter sitting and another was on the phone texting. I was asked if I needed help before the door even shut behind me. I said I needed some dog food. The lady on the stool just pointed and said, "it's over there." I got my food and left. I was made to feel like I was imposing on them. Since "Feedmart Just For Pets," south of Wal-Mart has opened, I take all my business there. The staff is very knowledgeable and help-ful. The store is clean, un-cluttered and well organized. I have never seen boxes of stock sitting around waiting to be put on the shelf. The animals are in clean cages and well taken care of. The sales clerks are friendly and cheerful.
Very crowded, not clean, animals not well cared for. I feel like I am just bugging the girls that work there every time I have went in. I have never made a purchase from this store.
