The staff here are super professional and wonderful. The visa process for going to China right now, is extremely complicated because of the political tensions between America and China, and the application process takes hours online and weeks to even get an appointment for the embassy. And then once you get an appointment, you have to wait for hours in line to get it approved. Classics tour took care of everything for me, they even waited in line at the embassy. And they were cheaper than some of the places that I was looking at. It’s a very reasonable price for getting through the convoluted process. They got me my visa to go to China in a month and a half, I didn’t have to wait in line, and they were super courteous. The lady in the front is so sweet I would recommend them any time. They were able to answer all of my questions, and gave me tips on how long I can stay, and how to can extend my stay. They helped me get the 10 year visa so I can visit relative anytime, and didn’t charge extra for it. They also were very helpful about all of my passport questions and the whole process. Highly recommend.

My family and I took a 7 person customized tour in China back in April. The tour went well. We had an issue with one of our Visas, but Ed was able to take care of it very quickly. Ed is responsive and quick with every email, text, or call. If I was going to do the tour again, I would select meal upgrade options. The food we were served in China were mediocre and I wished we had more choices. Overall, a great trip!
