We offer a circuit/resistance workout. No changing weights or waiting for machines to become available. A trainer always on staff to help you. We accept all Wellness insurances. We are established with Silver and Fit-Blue Cross/TruBlue, Healthways-Silver Sneakers and Medicaid.
