Clay Place at Standard is a new exhibition space in Carnegie's industrial zone founded on a strong tradition of award-winning pottery. With a new show each month, Clay Place puts the spotlight on local and national artists, from students to professionals.
The Clay Place Gallery was founded 38 years ago by Elvira and Stephen Peake. Upon Elvira's retirement in 2010, Standard Ceramic Supply founded Clay Place at Standard with Elvira as Director Emeritus.
