Called and said I was new to the area and looking for a new Vet. I asked about getting my dog spayed. I was quoted $1,200. When I questioned the price she was snarky and said around here it was normal. I wasn't impressed. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else.
Took good care of my Russell terrier mix. Did a nice job on his surgery. He walked out the same day and no problems. Unfortunately a couple months later in a different issue he had to be put down. They were very caring and did everything with love and compassion. I will go back with my next dog. Highly recommend.
They charge for everything. We had a dog neutered There and they charged an “office visit” to remove stitches. Never heard of that before and was not told of charges ahead of time. Don’t use this vet!
Absolutely horrible place. Do not recommend they overcharged for doing nothing . I took my parakeet to the vet because she got injured and his leg is injured and can’t move properly is her wing when she tries to fly she falls. I told them about her condition and the only thing they did was clip her nails when we never asked for her nails to be clipped didn’t even ask for permission then the avian vet came to us to get us taht our bird is doing great and she started lecturing us abt the things we never asked she was trying to drag the convo on and not the answering the questions I asked about my bird’s situation completely ignored. We waited 30-40 mins until they registered us. Charged us $86 for just doing a " exam ”. We didn’t ask for an exam we asked for her to solve the problem with her foot n wing. Absolutely horrible place I wasted my money there and my bird is not “ WELL “ at all. 0/10 DONT go!! Wish I could rate them a 0 star. -0/5
The vet here was extremely rude to my husband. Also, he said the place was absolutely filthy, that they try to upsell you on food and vaccines before you’re even seen and that they don’t really show love to the animals. Pick a different vet!
Dr. A is incredible with animals and their owners. She is kind, compassionate, honest and truly cares. She is fair and reasonable and will never recommend a course of action that is not needed. She has been our vet for over ten years. If you were looking for a vet that you can trust to be fair and take great care of your animal I highly recommend her.
Good thing the first picture on Google Maps is a Great Dane because if you have a large breed or giant breed dog this should be your veterinarian. Dr. Aparicio and the entire staff are great with all their patients but really go above and beyond for big dogs. The Doctor even brings her very relaxed Swiss Mountain Dog "Dexter" into the office. She hosts a open house at the holidays featuring Pictures with Santa, and doesn't try to guilt you into donating to shelter or rescue. It is just a thank you to customers. Word of warning: the lobby is somewhat small and people often sit near the door. There is no distinct cat and dog entrance. Also the parking lot is only half paved. Don't be afraid to make your own parking spot if slots are full!
Dr. Deborah has a true and genuine love of animals, she has and will often go above and beyond the call of duty. Hands down the BEST Veterinarian EVER and her training skills are impeccable.
Dr. A. is amazing with animals. She truly care about the animals and their owners. The office is reasonable as far as Bay area standards and they are not trying to upsell you things you do not need. The building is a little older but the job they deliver is top notch.
Great vet with great affordability! Very caring staff!
