Every time I go to Clear Lake Auto, this very kind and efficient crew never fails to take care of me. Seeing up appointments are preferred but every time I've gone in an emergency situation, they've worked me in and took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. They are all hardworking, honest and respectful but Tim has always done an amazing job for me. I'll never forget once he came out and replaced my windshield wiper for me during peak hours just so I wouldn't need to take my son out of the vehicle. They were awesome and pretty fast. My guy was Tim at this location. While everyone there was very friendly and helpful to get my brake and rotator’s changed. The identified other potential issues with my car and worked with me to get the job done. Still have some work to go back and get done. But I don’t want anyone else touching my car. Honest and reliable service. Tim figured out what was wrong with my car when two Honda dealerships couldn't. My struts were replaced and their alignment ensured that my car was running as smooth and quiet as the day I bought it. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I have used Clear Lake Auto Service for all of my vehicles. They are fair, honest…. There are never any surprises. The staff will call you with updates as they find them during the servicing. They are definitely more interested in having return customers than gouging people for a dollar.
