ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care walk-in centers are open 12 hours a day, seven days a week, and most of our patients are registered, treated and discharged in less than an hour. Our centers are equipped to treat all urgent non-life-threatening medical needs with our board-certified providers, state-of-the-art facilities with on-site laboratory services and X-ray, and prescription medications you can take home.

We needed a sports physical and couldn’t see our doctor for a couple of months. We checked in and they sent us a text and we filled out the paperwork via the phone while waiting in the car! Then received another text that it was our time, we walked into the waiting area and our nurse was waiting for us! The doctor was awesome, friendly and funny and got us out fast! The entire process took about an hour and 20 mins. Definitely worth it!
The receptionist appeared to absolutely hate her job; but I can’t imagine what she must have to deal with. So I pass no judgment there. Anyway… The nurse and the provider I saw were such an awesome team! First off, I love the nurse. She was great, super down to earth, incredibly friendly, extremely intelligent and really patient. Overall super thorough. I was shocked at how incredibly thorough she was. Second off, the prescriber was amazing. She was also equally as thorough, super down to earth, she knew exactly what was going on after assessing my vital signs and listening to me ramble. She called in several helpful medication immediately. I am feeling 100% better since visiting them. Not to brag more but I also have an awesome primary care physician. I was not certain that I would get in the same day with my primary care so I went to urgent care. I was absolutely blown away by their bedside manner. Again, I highly recommend the nurse and the clinician that I saw the day that I went. I wish I had asked for their names. I believe it was Thursday the 5th of January. Thank you both!!!
Went here for symptoms that I'm prone too. Doctor J told me it was nothing, ended up at another doctor at a different facility that took the time to run the test and give me meds. The wait was over 2 hours even with online check in. I don't recommend this place. Go to ER or keene if you want better advice.
Really? Called earlier today and they said they’d hold a place in line. Filled out the online registration so they have 2 different numbers and an email address. Still couldn’t let me know? Waste of time for someone who is not feeling well!!!!!
Let me preface this that Jordan at the front desk was an absolute angel. I scheduled an appointment at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon for a DOT Physical so I can get my paperwork done for a new job I'm starting. Jordan was very kind and receptive to me, and prompted me through all the paperwork I needed to do. First, general information, and then a DOT physical form. Upon completion of that DOT form It is now approximately 3:45, Jordan informs me they will call me when they're ready, because despite seating inside the facility....something about COVID policies, we are to wait outside in our cars. So myself, along with 4 other cars, two of which had elderly members in them, wait in the parking lot. It is 85-90 degrees outside. By the time 5:00pm rolls around, 90 minutes later, my car battery has died, a lovely stranger parked next to me was kind enough to assist me, and I walked back inside to see Jordan because I don't dare turn my car back off. I asked for my initial paperwork back. She informed me they were just getting ready to call me. I told her exactly what I have now told you. She was absolutely mortified. This facility wasn't busy. The parking lot wasn't packed. There wasn't a line of patients, except for those who came after me. I'm sure this was a one-off series of unfortunate events that no other person will ever have to go through again. But to have people waiting 90 minutes, two hours, however long puts their health and their vehicles in jeopardy. Again, I doubt anyone will go through this again. But to walk in to get my paper work, and see a majority of staff gathered around laughing about who-knows-what while other people bake in the parking lot waiting around seems, well, unprofessional. While the other reviews for this place seem outstanding, I for one, cannot dare go back again.
I had a great experience here. I called about my granddaughter who had an earache. They told me they could save me a spot which was only a half hour from the time I called when we got there we were taken immediately to a room. The nurse was great with my granddaughter. The doctor named Dan was nothing short of INCREDIBLE! my granddaughter gets really anxious about having things in her ear. He was so upbeat he was done before she knew what was going on. No damage control needed! Great experience! Thanks guys!
Called at 930 am for a apt the told me I was gonna have one at 120 been waiting bout 2 hours n they keep telling me to hold tight would of been better off going to the ER instead of wasting my day waiting for a apt that’s never gonna happen
I am not a resident of Brattleboro; I am from the West coast. My visit was on a Thursday at midmorning. It wasn't too busy; I was roomed after about 15 minutes. This gave me time to complete the online paperwork. Once roomed, the MA took my vitals; Jordan the PA came in within 10 minutes. She explained the treatment plan; noted that I should hold my statin med during the course of treatment; reassured me of the efficacy of the med and expected timeline of recovery. A very satisfactory experience. Good job from the reception staff to medical staff. I'd go again and recommend it without reservation.
My wait time was short! I loved that I could walk in and be seen quickly! They have the X-ray machine right there to check for broken bones! This experience was much faster than an ER!
Dan was wonderful as my provider at a recent visit! I highly recommend him and his team
