Disappointing compared to the other AMCs in the area. Unless you've been there a few times the parking garage and building can be confusing to navigation. The theater is on the far side on level one and parking is FREE if the attendants validate your ticket which they should.  Bathrooms, concession area, and the theaters themselves should be better maintained considering the smaller size of the complex. As someone who has worked in a customer service job the presentation and cleanly of your workspace is incredibly important and shows you take pride in where you work. That's unfortunately not evident here. Having the reclining seats is a plus but the screens are smaller compared to other theaters in the area. East Hanover AMC is a better bet in my opinion.

This movie theater is ok... Some seats are pretty worn and they usually only have half of the concessions open half the screens are on the top floor, the other half on the bottom floor, with only one floor usually having concessions open. It's still a fine place to watch a movie but the facilities could use some updates.

The actual theater is nice, seats are comfy and they recline. The women's bathroom downstairs is absolutely disgusting. It smelled like pungent urine, every toilet was clogged, the soaps were empty, the sinks were filthy and the floor was wet and gross. That's unacceptable!

I'm here to tell you about the gem in our own backyard: AMC Morristown Theaters. This movie theater is exceptional with outstanding service. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the theaters are always clean. The lazy boy seats are incredibly comfortable, to the point where you may actually fall asleep. The overall experience is always great. I highly recommend AMC Morristown Theaters for anyone looking for a great movie-going experience.

Very confusing to find on our first time here. Mall was scarily empty. Theatre was fairly empty as well. Bathrooms were filthy which is suprising since it didnt seem like they had a lot of people there.

I am deaf & use the theatres closed caption system. I have had a problem everything I have been to the Rockaway AMC Theatres they cant seem to get them to work at all. Tonight was the first time I have had an issue at Headquarters AMC & it was just a battery issue. The supplied me with a new captioner & gave me a set of free passes for each of the members of my party. The restrooms were clean, food was fine. Staff was courteous & helpful. They are my favorite AMC in the area.

My wife and I went to see a movie the other night and when we went to our seats we found that they were disgustingly filthy. Covered in popcorn grease and other liquids. Fortunately we had some wet wipes with us and we cleaned them up a bit before sitting down but we were really grossed out. We have been going to this theater for many years but even though we live nearby we will drive a little further and go somewhere else.

movie theater is neat and clean. no garbage in the aisles or seats. the restrooms are tidy. ticket process was easy and parking can be validated. seats are nice and big and comfortable. they recline back - there are also foot rests. it's adjustable so you can move it to the right degree that you'd like. the sound quality was good. all in all a good experience.

Nice theater but the concession stand area had the whole theater smelling like burnt food. Had my clothes smelling like I been in a burnt food when I left.

The theater itself was a complete mess. Seat's not put back, food all over the place, very very dirty.
