Evan Zeb Nakib, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Family Physicians and is dedicated to serving the primary care needs of individuals beginning at age 5 and through their adult life. She received her degree in Medicine and Surgery from Dhaka Medical College in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Monroe, La.
Dr. Nakib and her staff treat patients for everything from the common cold and general wellness exams to minor injuries and chronic illness. We are pleased to provide the families of the Cleburne community and surrounding areas with comprehensive, quality care in a welcoming environment.
Our services include but are not limited to:
• Same-day services
• Adult preventive care and wellness exams
• General and well-child exams (age 5 and up)
• Acute care for ear aches, sore throats, minor injuries, infections and more
• Diagnosis, treatment and management of chronic illnesses, including asthma, allergies, diabetes, heart failure and hypertension
• Minor surgical procedures, including mole/skin tag removal and joint injections

We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Tricare and UHC, and various forms of payment. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid (except the Amerigroup plan).
