The Clelian Center is certified as a medical model Adult Day Center by the CT State Dept. of Social Services. The Clelian Center holds membership with the CT Association of Adult Day Centers, Inc. and the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
It is the wish of the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus that the Clelian Center, named after their foundress Venerable Clelia Merloni, strives to enrich lives socially and spiritually within the Sacred Heart Manor and local communities. The Clelian Center is a wellness center supported by our professionally certified medical, recreational and administrative team. Every Clelian Center Member along with the Clelian Gold Team, which includes staff, senior companions and volunteers, will be treated with dignity, respect and all will be given a purpose while present at the Clelian Center. Our intentions and actions will be full of joy and love and will reflect the spirit of Venerable Clelia Merloni.
