I called today and spoke to Jill in the office. She was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions in detail with patience and kindness. She was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Jill!
I went to file a small claim and the clerk Elvia G helped me. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable in her work.
Kristylee/lyn forget her name was the best! she was patient and very helpful with me filling out the information for a passport and went above and beyond! she deserves a raise.
Deputy clerk by the name of Nichelle who helped us in the civil area. She was so kind and helpful, we were dealing with a case with our landlord which was a very stressful situation which we now have resolved. The day we came I was very overwhelmed and her kindness and eagerness to assist us helped so much. Thank you Nichelle!!
I have been at this Civil Court House many times for everything from being a witness, to filing Wills and other Documents... EVERYONE I've come in contact with has been professional and courteous! I've never had to wait for long, never been talked down to, and all questions I've had were answered. This is a very well run County Civil Court, and I'm always pleased with everything they do!
Amber McWhorter Photography - Cute place for a courthouse elopement!
Corruption and extortion at its finest but beautiful located though. You can take some nice pictures of you getting married and already know where to go if you get divorced. Traffic is treble and Noone can some to drive right but your not far from Morton Plant Hospital... Stay safe everyone
I always see unfavorable reviews for court houses. Maybe because of the circumstances they are in they are angry and nothing pleases them. But everyone, whether it was phone , email or by mail assisting me with my father's probate was empathetic, thorough and professional. Yea, the records area was slow, didnt seem to have enough people working. Only one person works the law library. They were on vacation so I was on my own Otherwise a good experience despite my situation.
I am inexperienced filing paperwork with the court system but was helped by the staff to file the proper forms. It helps that I read on their website the proceedings as they explained the process as well so I understood. Extremely courteous and professional.
The Pinellas Clerk's office is the most inefficient and poorly managed public office in all of Florida. If you file something today, it will take two weeks before it is docketed. Dealing with the clerks is a nightmare: when you can actually get one on the phone, most of them are rude and unhelpful. I had a client call me in tears because a Clerk was rude to her. This woman had just lost her husband in a devastating car accident, and the clerk was insulting and condescending to our client for asking a simple question. I have NEVER dealt with Clerks as bad as this in any other county. The Sarasota and Pasco County Clerks are wonderful and friendly, same for the Hillsborough clerks. Pinellas is especially bad, and I lay the blame squarely at the feet of Ken Burke. I am sure there are plenty of good people who work for Pinellas County, but on par, the Clerk's office is an utter trainwreck.
