"To bring together human beings and recorded knowledge in as fruitful relationship as is humanly possible" - Jesse Shera
The Law Library in Clermont County is located on the 2nd floor of the Common Pleas Courthouse in Batavia, Ohio. We were established by law to serve the county officials and the legal community but we are open to and welcome the public. We have a wide variety of legal subjects represented in print format, 4 public computer workstations that have access to the internet and other electronic resources.
The mission of the Clermont County Law Library Association is to deliver legal resource materials to the judiciary, elected officials, Bar Association members, and general public while adhering to the highest standards of user-friendliness. The Law Library staff is aware of the most current practices, services and procedures when identifying, acquiring, accessing and managing research services to meet the patron's needs.
