Much time was taken to make sure I wasn’t in pain, and that I was comfortable. I’ve been going here for a while now and honestly it’s the best practice I’ve been to in my lifetime. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their role in the practice. Detailed explanations for all treatments as well as follow up always taking time for the patient. Very clean. They provide top of the line procedures using up to date equipment. I’ll never go anywhere else. They give you a detailed plan for your treatments with pricing and let you decide what you want to do first. Unfortunately my insurance is not accepted here but I would weather pay out of pocket than to go anywhere else. They are that good! Nice friendly people. Well educated. They know their craft!!!
From the time I grew my first teeth, I have been a patient here. The staff has always been so wonderful, friendly, and some of the kindest people. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reputable dental practice, look no further. We have the best in town right here. Shout out to Brandy for being the MVP hygienist.
This dentist office is outstanding! I have lots of problem teeth & visit dentists frequently. I have hopped around many offices, until I found this one. Now I am a returning patient here. Under the care of both their dentists, this office are a team of professionals. Very warm, inviting & comforting to those who struggle with anxiety, such as myself. I do not have dental insurance either & they have been able to accommodate me very well, in terms of handling the finances of it. Affordable, flexible, and the care you receive is worth every penny. I will never go anywhere else. Every staff member is a 5star! Thank you, Cleveland Family Dentistry!
Being new to the area, I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I called the office and spoke to Lily, who was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond in answering my questions to make sure I felt comfortable. The day of my appointment was no different. The dental assistant, Christina and Dr. Uhrenholdt were amazing and very gentle. The lady who went over the treatment plan with me was knowledgeable and very kind as well. I’m glad I found my new dentist!
Everytime I walked in the door I was greeted by name from a smiling fave. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get to the back. The staff is nothing less than amazing! Dr. Uhrenholdt always greeted me with a smile and a firm hand shake. Made me feel good about my choice. The work they've done has been spectacular! Would definitely recommend.
Dr. Stephens and the staff here are exceptional. Very clean and pretty building. Friendly people and they take such good care of me and my family. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Not just cleaning but other dental care and assistance.
I’ve been using the dentist office for probably 5 years now. Never had any issues. They always are so nice and welcome you in just as soon as you come in the door. I’ve had several hygienist and all have been wonderful! Would highly recommend!
The absolute best dental office and dentist I have ever been to. I had A LOT of anxiety when it came to the dentist and that made me delay care for years. One day a tooth broke and with that came the “I can barely open my eyes” kind of pain. I immediately started calling dental offices around me. They were the only office willing to see me the same day. They were so kind and understating of my pain and the urgency that came with it. They were fully prepared for me and the anxiety I had on top or it. I literally walked in and just handed them a sheet of paper and my ID with all of my info because I could not talk. They were accommodating to me in every way. I haven’t stepped foot in another office since that day. Today I walk in there for cleanings and fillings or whatever else with 0 hesitation or fear. I will never go anywhere else!! Please go see them, you won’t regret it!
I’ve been a patient of Dr U’s for years. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful with scheduling my appointments. I always see Brandy to have my teeth cleaned. She does a fantastic job and is always friendly and very educational on hygiene tips and cavity prevention.
New to the area and so glad I found Cleveland Family Dentistry! Lobby was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My hygienist made sure I was comfortable during my time, Dr. Stephens went through everything with perfect clarity and Ms. Peden made sure I understood everything financially. Glad to call here my new dentist office
