I highly recommend Cleveland Jewelry Designs! I took a couple of jewelry items in need of repair to Niki. She did excellent work and even suggested solutions that I had not considered. Her work is meticulous. I was so please with the results and will definitely return for other repairs and/or to make purchases from their beautiful collection!
Niki was amazing in helping us pick out my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I wanted a less traditional engagement ring and she had a lot of options for alternative stones. I ended up with something in my price range that I absolutely love. Our wedding bands look amazing too!
I brought in some pearls that had been given to me at my high school graduation, hoping they could be restrung in time for me to wear to my daughter's graduation. Sadly, there was not enough time for them to be ready for the ceremony. And then life got busy, I forgot to pick up the pearls when they were repaired, and I didn't remember the pearls again until long after I was sure the shop had gotten rid of them. Then, out of the blue TWO YEARS later, I got a call asking if I was going to get them! So tonight I picked them up - just in time to wear to my son's graduation the next day. <3
I stopped in for a friend and these are very interesting people. Very friendly and super personable! I really liked their jewelry. They had a nice selection of feminine, dainty jewelry for women. Definitely will be coming back on my off day. I just felt good in there and also when I left. Oh! There's a super sweet doggie that works there too!
I brought in 2 rings to be sized. One ring Nicki redesigned. Came out gorgeous! Everyone is very helpful d friendly…including their dog.
Most recently I brought in an Old Watch that got too small and I had no links for it. They quickly added a piece to it for it to fit me again! They are my ONE and ONLY Jeweler! Everything I have needed from them they come through!
I've used this jeweler for some years now. Whether it's a custom item I'm having made, a major or simple repair, or even just changing a watch battery, Niki and Alan are very personable, friendly, and top notch in customer service and care of my jewelry. They also have beautiful jewelry that they sell. I highly recommend using them. They'll take great care of you.
I just stopped in to have my ring cleaned. Great customer service, very professional, and inviting atmosphere. No charge for the cleaning. I'm very happy with my visit.

I went in to get my chain fixed and had an great experience. I was originally looking at other jewelers on the internet, but very happy I found Cleveland Jewelry Designs. Excellent customer service. All of the staff was very kind, helpful, and congenial. If you're in the area and looking for a jeweler I'd highly recommend Cleveland Jewelry Designs.
