I have never received care this individualized. I feel a sense of safety and calm knowing that we have a healthcare crew that knows our family and cares about each of us. We have been with Click Family Health nearly a year and it has been better than I imagined. Five stars all around!
I recommend Dr Jacobson at Click family Dr office to anyone and everyone. If it wasn't for Dr Jacobson I don't know what I would do. I do not have any insurance but I am able to get the best care around. Pay a monthly fee and you can be seen any time. When I say anytime I mean anytime. I got ahold of him after hours . He was there to help me. The best thing didn't cost me extra that is included in the monthly price I pay. How many Dr's will do that for you? Most will send you to the hospital which is something I can't afford. THANK YOU THANK YOU Dr. Jacobson.
Click Family Healthcare has been a blessing. Dr. Jake has brought back excellent medical care at an affordable price. He takes time with each person without the rush common today. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobsen, Robin, and Janet.
I absolutely love everyone at Click! It is like a being apart of a family! They all care about you and will take the time to talk and listen to you. I also love walking in the door and they know me by name. I never feel pressured but know that they have my best interests at heart. I appreciate everyone and everything they do at Click.

I am not sure I can adequately express how amazing Dr. Jacobsen, and the ENTIRE staff are!!! I have never had a Dr. take that much time and provide such a wonderful level of care. His nurse, Kris, is fun and caring. His office manager and lovely wife is kind and so great when I've called with questions. And I saved the best for last...Dr. Jacobsen is thorough and passionate about giving his "customers" actual patient care!! He took the time to answer all of my questions and was so kind when he had to deliver my diabetes diagnosis which he personally called me to tell me!! I have not had insurance for several years now and am so very thankful for Click Family Healthcare! You might say they were an answer to prayers!
I can't say enough good things about Click! From making the appointment to picking up medicine, everything was fast, thorough, and easy. I called one afternoon and had a next day appointment. Every staff member there is friendly and accommodating. I was taken right straight back when I arrived and was never made to sit and wait. I don't believe that any doctor I've ever been to has been that thorough with my medical history, unless it was when I was a child. I had blood work done. I was told that they should have an answer the next day, but it might possibly be Monday before they could pass all of the information on. I had both a text letting me know that my prescription had been filled and an e-mail explaining all of my blood work results before I got to work the next morning. I could not be more pleased!
I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Jake and his staff. He takes the time to listen to my issues and comes to a treatment path that I am comfortable with. Dr. Jake and his staff takes the time to follow up after a visit, to see how you are feeling and responding to the treatment. Thank you for all the great care I have received. Even my evening texts were answered and truly were a godsend that evening!!!!!
Very friendly staff, they get to know you on a personal basis. Dr. Jacobsen is very good about explaining everything and answering questions, following up with patients, and makes it very easy to contact him. Their Direct Primary Care policy is also very nice, you don't have to deal with the insurance hassle, just the monthly fee directly to the office, so it is an affordable alternative.
Dr. Jake and the staff are attentive, thorough, and kind. Our children are very comfortable there. He takes the time to listen and answer questions. We recommend this clinic to everyone who asks.
