Climate Control Indoor Storage

I highly recommend this storage facility in Ann Arbor. It is clean and it’s easy to access the storage units once inside the building. Lauren was so helpful and answered all the questions I had there were many!. My daughter is a student at Michigan and we stored her clothes, bedding and miscellaneous items over the summer. Everything was in great condition when we picked up her stuff this week. We will definitely use this place again if we ever need to store anything.

My experience with Climate Control Indoor Storage has been terrific since day one! I have worked with them for business and personal use and they been great to work with. I highly recommend their team over some of the local franchise storage facilities any day. The Facility is family owned and operated, the staff is kind and accommodating, and I plan to rent here long term.

Climate Control is a fabulous storage facility; clean, excellent security, and terrific and helpful staff. We stored our stuff for 9 months during a move from Ann Arbor to the west coast. We recommend them highly for anyone. They are not the cheapest, only the best!

We highly recommend Climate Control Indoor Storage. This past August bats invaded our house. The resulting remediation necessitated that the contents of our finished attic be removed. Fortunately, nearby Climate Control Indoor Storage had an available unit for the temporary storage of our extensive collection of books, old slides, and miscellaneous personal items. We were favorably impressed with the cleanness of the facility, the comfortably controlled temperature, and apparent on-site security. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large convenient on-site carts made the move from our SUV to the unit easy. Moving supplies were available at a reasonable price. I had a few items in storage at Climate Control Indoor Storage for a few years while living in the area, and then a few more during a few years while I was away. During all the time before my move, I always found the employees there friendly and helpful. While I was away, any questions I had about billing or simple things like changing contact information were always easily and pleasantly handled. I've always been confident that my property was safe and protected, and it has been. I've moved back to the area again and so just today, I emptied my storage unit and closed out my "lease." Linda at the office was helpful and pleasant. It's rare to find a company that doesn't just provide the product or service you are buying, but also has very good customer service. CCIS has that.

Needs a dock plate, also frequent water damage in certain units..otherwise good.
