Super dissatisfied about charges. Super friendly when picking up the rental truck. But I'ma need ya to calm down now. I brought the truck back filled over, clean, and went less than 20 miles. Yet got slapped with charges for all of the above.
Jeremiah is absolutely one of the nicest most professional managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He is always looking for ways to help any customers as best as possible! I wouldn’t refer anyone to any other manager or place than Jeremiah. I’ve been a customer of climate control storage for around 2 years and he has always helped me every step of the way and constantly is looking for ways to help me out rather it be with payments or just generally being a good guy! A++ rating. I believe this business runs better just because of him alone and it’s a pleasure dealing with him every open I’ve had. Very pleasant and good guy. Definitely would suggest doing business with as he will always find a way to try to fix or help in anyway possible. I truly appreciate the work he does and the attitude he has towards his job and customer service. Thank you very much for your patience and consideration to all needs I have and questions etc!
Amazing facilities and even better staff. I run a delivery company and Jeremiah really helped me find the perfect size units to store my products. Climate Controlled units are very well lit with a comfortable temperature, and is very well maintained. Oh and the prices, TOP NOTCH! If you’re in Denham or Walker and need a clean and well prices unit, this is the place to go!
Driving by, always noticed this facility looked sharp, well maintained. Stopped in for moving supplies, found what I needed at a great price. The manager, Jeremiah, was very professional, helpful and friendly...great customer service! Highly recommend this place!

Jeremiah was so beyond helpful it's crazy. My family moved out of state this past weekend and was caught in the middle of one of the biggest winter storms to ever hit this area. Snowed in for nearly a week already. This guy worked with me in store & on the road to make sure my moving experience was as stress free as it could be given the circumstances. Favorite thing about him is how he gives each and every customer the undivided attention they deserve..highly reccomend this place for all storage and moving truck needs
Have been using Climate Control for many years now and I have to say that I've had a great experience!! Pricing is affordable & the management is friendly and helpful!! Stop by if you're looking for a safe/clean place to store your treasure and ask for Jeremiah.
I’ve had a storage unit with CCLA for 7 years now. The facility itself is always very neat and clean. The folks there are phenomenal. If I have questions, I get a timely answer. They are always so nice. And if I forget to pay my rent, I get a phone call from them to remind me before a late charge kicks in. I highly recommend CCLA. As a matter of fact, my brother recently rented a unit there based on my recommendation and what he’s seen when he goes to my unit.
Jeremiah was very helpful in assisting me with my rental and even stayed later to help the costumers behind me that showed up last min. I will definitely be returning and using this location for future storage.
