The worst clinic ever!.  Specially Doctor Mara Antonia Coloma always in a rush and never had time to assist her patients carefully with their needs. The staff is also not helpful or courteous. Thank God we changed my grandma from this horrible clinic.

Zero stars.Worst experience ever they left my mother in a room for hrs to the point the lights went off. The doctor had the audacity to tell me she needs a better primary care doctor after i told them i was going to report them to the health department if you love your family avoid this place. Revoke their licences!!

My pharmacist told me to come to this clinic to get a refill for my prescription because the doctors are great. So I went in and they took my info and charged me a good amount. Then when I told them why I was there, they looked really confused but told me to wait. I had to wait at least 2 hours even though the waiting room was scarce. Finally I see a nurse. The nurse asks why I'm there, and I tell her. Then she looks really confused like she's never heard of getting a refill. I told her my pharmacist told me to come here. She basically said she had no clue why they would tell me that and that  she wasn't even sure if the doctor would do that. Then I had to wait again. Finally the doctor comes in. She's older and looks very stern and impatient. She doesn't want to give me a refill for my prescription. She finally decides to go with a different medication but only after giving me a lecture. This is an anxiety medication, and I'm a brand new patient. You would think she would be kind, helpful, and accommodating,especially since I was being very kind. But no. She was very rushed and dismissive and when I asked her a question, she raised her voice to me saying, "I already told you..." geeze lady, calm down. I left extremely disappointed and angry. I went back to my pharmacist and told her what happened and gave her my prescription for a different medication. She was sorry they responded that way and called the clinic. She was able to convince the doctor to give me a refill of my actual medication. When she got off the phone she said the doctor explained that she was just concerned for me and that she didn't want me to become addicted. What a way to show it! This lady is a joke and I will never be coming back here. It's a waste of time and money.

If you can please avoid this clinic by all means. If you are looking for a primary doctor choose another one besides the doctor at this clinic. I had an appointment at 9am and was not seen until 1pm. The doctor did not listen to my inquires. I went to see the doctor for a physical, to check my hemoglobin for anemia and to get some medications since I have been lethargic for the past 3 weeks. Instead the doctor gave me 2 minutes of her time. She said she had other patients to see and to come back in 2 weeks to address all my questions and do the necessary tests. I was not the only unhappy person in the premise, there were other people who looked upset, unfortunately many of them were Spanish speaking clients who did not want to say anything to personnel due to fear. i asked patients for their opinion.  This clinic lost a patient, a patient who payed a lot of money just to have a 2 minute conversation with a  doctor.  Please change your customer service and the doctor needs to take some classes herself. She choose that career to serve and she is not doing much of a job in my opinion.

Totaly regret going to that place, Unfortunately I decided to take my daughter for a physical exam for her school back in may/2017, I made my appointment with one day in advance to check prices and coverage of my insurance. That day I was told I just had to do a co-pay if I am right it was under 50, the next day they didn’t have my appointment or my Insurance info which they took the day before to confirm that we have insurance, anyways I let them run the physical exam on my daughter pay the fee that they ask for and presented my insurance, long story short today they called my husband stating that we didn’t pay them and if he doesn’t do the payment in 5 days they will take him to collections, with no bills no letters no previous notices calls txt of extra fees nothing. Never been in a place that they let you go without paying and show up 5 months later with additional fees that not even they know where they come from. It’s ridiculous. Don’t go there!!!! Stay away from that fishy place. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced. I would put -100 stars if I could.

Worst place EVER!!!! First of all appointments has no importance to them! After waiting 2 hours in random waiting rooms we find out that Dr. Tran may arrive to the office.  I asked is this his usual practice receptionist responds "yes." Then another personnel member we spoke to responds well he has patients with appointments in the waiting office since 9am! Its 215pm was shocked I came to find out that there was a total of eights patients awaiting for a doctor that may or may not show up!!! Something needs to be reported for the disgrace of this doctor. It's sad that scheduled appointments from weeks before are  met with such disregard.

Bad costumer service, apparently they do not take any type of medical or “any type of insurance” so she said. I was rudly turn away it was 4:10 pm and they basically did not want to see any more patients at all. This place needs to be shut down or definitely need better employees

I came in for blood test and the lady's that take out blood take forever I don't even k ow if they are certified because they seem so lost. Take forever just for blood work I've waited over 2 hours so they can call my name just so they can make me wait even more saying that I need to wait for another lady to find my vein.

Zero stars. Worst experience ever they left me waiting for 1-2hrs to see the doctor, because they don’t have a room for me and they have only one doctor today and always for more the ten people with appointment.

Business is closed I no longer in business.
