The staff was friendly and the place was well organized. We had to return some stuff and it went quickly and smoothly. It had a lot of different brands that I liked. I recommend checking out the Last Act section for some nice deals. The clothes there were still pretty high quality and they were discounted by a lot. The fitting rooms were also nice. Some of the prices were a little expensive however. The area around the store was also pretty desolate. It connected into the mall nicely.
Disappointed. I understand that as consumers we sometimes forget how to put things back where they belong. These are simple yet irritating “first impressions” of a store see my pictures below. However, what I am not seeing is any help or assistance from anyone , no attempt to try and clear the isles and free up the clutter.Only 2 registers were open with long lines. It seems like the store way in disarray. Just some courteous help is all I ask..
My mom and I visited Macy’s on a Saturday afternoon. We shopped at the BackStage Department. This Department was clean and organized. We found quality items at a good low price. An excellent Sales Rep, Nicholas, helped us at the Cash Register and we left happy. Macy’s, please continue to hire professional, well-trained, and competent Sales Associates like Nicholas. Thank you.
Went to Macy's to return some online purchases. Very easy prices, well organized service counter. Friendly staff. Line moved quickly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Would not hesitate to order online again knowing in-person returns are a breeze!
Nicholas was in the Women’s Shoe department on April 27, 2023 in the evening. He helped me find my sizes along with a host of other customers during the Family and Friends Event. It was extremely busy, he was patience kind and informative. GREAT JOB NICHOLAS. Service like you provided is HARD TO FIND- AMAZING EMPLOYEE. Macy’s needs more quality employees like Nicholas. The show section looked like the floor of McDonald's play place. There was a man yelling at the staff because they thought he was stealing. The clothes are overpriced and are of poor quality. I was a screen printer for 10 years and I can tell what bad clothes are like. It seemed understaffed as well. I worry for Macy's health in the coming era of retail.
The store was so clean. Lots of great finds. The entry has a very beautiful display of flowers. They really try to offer an awesome shopping experience.
This time we were at the dress department looking for formal dresses it was a great lady, vey helpful , very nice and polite. Great experience. Same thing on the make up department T CLINIC, also a great lady.
Disgusting. Mattresses on display had urine stains. No associates to help, teenagers probably the urinators abusing the displays were not being controlled. Macy's could and should do better, but at this location they just don't seem to care. This is a filthy store, run by a staff that absolutely could not care less about the customer, or the quality of the experience. I will never shop here again, and would encourage anyone else to avoid it as a nasty, unsafe and most probably unhealthy place. I will be reporting this to the County Health authorities.
Only 3 people working on the floor and in a faul mood to make things worse, they should find a job they like so they do not ruin your day while shopping, myself just went to a different store.
