The old lady with gray hair is so rude never says hello always has a evil look in her face, the young girl with black hair is very friendly and helpful that gray hair lady doesn't need to be working for the public.
Computer tech support was great.. Wednesdays 10-2pm
We went here for the cat in the hat event. It was to celebrate Doctor Seuss's birthday. It was really fun. Our kids loved it.

This library is ten times better than Roseville with checking out the book,dvd's,cd's, audio,.and printing. This library set up is superb. I've been coming to this library when the location was on the other side of the bank and it was a lot more quiet. I found the staff to be the loudest with conversations. I assumed it would be one conversation but they were loud and laughing constantly. I'm thinking what happened to your inside voice? The staff used to keep the louder visitors advised that this is a library and to respect the premises of the quiet rule, but what can you say when it's the staff???

Sue is great. She's very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She was really helpful to me and I want her to know that her words of encouragement is greatly appreciated. Today was my second visit to this library and just like the first visit was it was an awesome experience. All the staff is wonderful. Keep up the great work
Recently moved to area and have been very excited to visit such a nice, big library. I always considered the library a safe place and never thought I'd be followed around and harassed by staff. Extremely sad about my first experience here. I would say I'd never return but I love reading too much.
Really good library featuring many services for residents. Edit: first off thank you for the response, second they offer besides other media besides books; movies, music, audiobooks, games, and when not during a pandemic useful and possibly needed functions like computers and other stuff. We paid for this and to me we haven't been let down, no other library I've been to has such a large selection, If you're looking for it, most likely they have it, and at no cost to add to it.
Me & my family have been going to the Library on Gratiot Ave for about fifteen years even before they moved to its current location in the AMC theater parking complex. The clientele has changed a bit over the years. Several months ago it had been a while since I had been in & I was surprised to discover that they felt compelled to hire a security guard. I know times change, but in a library? However, other than that we have always enjoyed our community library; & they have many family services to fit all ages. Many of the staff still remember my daughter from when I first started taking her to the library when she was little. All in all I am hopeful & always look forward to my trips to the library.
