Our storage unit and many others were broken into several years ago. My sons four wheeler was stolen as well as thousands of dollars in Halloween haunted house decor. The cameras posted are just for looks so the police couldn’t actually track down who stole our things to recover them. We did have insurance on the unit-as should everyone- but the deductible, depreciation, and hassle of proving what you’d had stored wasn’t fun and we weren’t able to replace everything that was gone with the funds received from insurance. A team member did show up after the discovery the door handle had been broken off and we called the company, but once everything is stolen there isn’t much for anyone to do. I truly wish we had gone somewhere with better security.

The customer service is horrible! Every time I would call I was put on hold, or told they had more important things to deal with. The staff is very rude and will talk down to you. By far the worse I have ever dealt with!!!
