I had such good care from Dr. Krasnow for treatment of long covid. The office staff have been consistently caring and helpful. The front desk staff is responsive and on top of things. Very positive experience.
My wife had Dr. G as a physician when she had a heart attack. He was very good. However his staff isn’t worth the time we have had to spend in Clipper. They don’t follow up with results etc. Don’t answer there phones. Latest visit the nurse was very rude to my wife over a test my wife was very stressed about.
Great staff and doctors. Best doctors office I've ever had. After seeing them for the last 6 months, I'm completely happy with them. I don't see how anyone could think otherwise. Great place for great care
Dr Kireyev provides excellent care in a thoughtful and kind manner. I have appreciated his help and knowledge during a complex health issue.
Dr. G and the medical staff are out of this world. He has the best bedside manner of any Dr. I have seen. The front office staff is where the practice needs some improvement. The poor attitudes and lack of empathy from them is unfortunate.
I have tried three times to get blood work done from this office and they still don’t have the paperwork. They also asked my daughter how her iPad with operation went and my daughter never had an operation and her name was on the screen so I really don’t recommend this place
The doctors and medical staff are all very good. However, I always wait over an hour in the waiting room, even when my appointments are earlier in the morning. Usually wait another hour in the exam room as well. When I mentioned it to the nurse taking my blood pressure, she agreed that it was a little ridiculous and that she had never seen anything like it in her long career working in medical offices. Two months ago, I had a test there and still have not received the results. At the time of the test, I was told they would call me to schedule a different test and I still have not heard from them. I called last week to check in and they told me they would call me in another 2 weeks just to schedule the appt. People with potential heart issues shouldn’t be waiting this long for tests and results. And their website says they are accepting new patients when they can’t even handle the ones they have! I think it’s time to find a new cardiologist. And it’s sad because I really like the doctors.
The problems I've had with these people is: 1. Sept 2019: I appeared as instructed to a Boston Hospital, only to find that Clipper never made an appointment for me. 2. Sept 2020: Have left 3 voicemails their number is voicemail only, no access to humans. They have not returned my call. Looking for a new Cardio facility. Sorry, Dr. Wen - I know you are the best, but your office management is the worst.
The office clerks would benefit from basic customer service skills such as eye contact and a welcoming smile, even a hello would suffice. This is the 2nd time I've had an appointment here and even Dr.G' s assistant was a bit short and rude. Prepare to wait an hour after your scheduled appointment time and for secretary's who treat you as if you're interrupting them. Dr. G himself is great as are the assistants who take basic info such as height and bp, unfortunately, I would not recommend clipper cardiovascular to any friends or family members.
In all of my life I have never encountered a more unprofessional medical office. I am scheduled for my third appointment and there has been at least one problem with each scheduling. I have had to correct information repeatedly. Today I was kept waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes, only to be asked to call back on Monday to determine why the medical records I asked to have sent to me have not been sent. I waited more than the allotted two weeks before making this enquiry, anxious to have the records before having my first visit with a new PCP. PS: I have yet to see the cardiologist for more than 2 minutes during which time he clearly did not take on board anything that I said. Too bad one has to click at least one star to post.
