I had been searching for a solution for an office/guest room with a wall bed and interviewed a few designers at various companies. Galyna Shtangret won me over. She was creative with the design given some room complexity and helped make decisions without any pressure. She met me early one morning at the show room so I could see the materials in person and was super responsive on text with any of my questions. Installation went great and I couldn’t be happier with the custom unit. Galyna is a pleasure I highly recommend her.
From the first design meeting, I knew I chose the right company to work with. I needed a very custom desk/office space, asking for a floating desk working around baseboard heating and an AC unit. I had previously been told it was impossible by 2 other companies, and found the Closet Factory team. They were all in - took my concept above and beyond what I had imagined, installed with perfection, and were caring and professional throughout the whole process. Closet Factory is wonderful. The design was perfect and solves my "lack of closets" problem. Didn't have room for a walk-in closet so we did a whole wall. The design was great and the installation was quick----most important they were concerned about quality and when some of the components arrived damaged, they delayed the installation vs. installing damaged components to be replaced later----they did the right thing so the closet was perfect and no return visits by installer. Would recommend them to anyone!
I worked with Carol to design a fresh space in my empty master closet new build. She gave me all of the features I was hoping for and also helped me cut costs on things I didn't need so that I can stay within budget. She was prompt, gave me great visuals in her designs and was patient with me as my ideas and demands changed constantly. The installers were great, worked quickly, cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. All of it went in within a few weeks, as well. I was so pleased that I called Carol back this past weekend to ask her to design another space for me. Really happy with my experience here.
This was our second project with Nataliya at Bethel Closet Factory. From the first meetings, project discussions, selection of the details and installation all is impeccable. We were already super happy with our master closet and now with our home office place. Igor who came to install it did an amazing job and left all well cleaned! High professional standards! Super recommended
What an amazing experience from beginning to end! I came across Closet factory via a facebook post of a before and after that I was quite impressed with. From the moment I completed my free consultation I immediately gave them a deposit and began planning 2 custom closets, a wall unit that surrounded my sons bed which included a work desk and also created a storage bench in my daughters room which would double as a reading nook. Words cant describe how pleased I am with the results and I wish I could do it all over again as it was so much fun! Nataliya Bryksa was my designer and she was BEYOND patient with my many changes and so knowledgeable and creative with the product line ... So many finishes to choose from - GREAT PRICING - I definitely will be using them again for my next room renovation! Now onto bedding and the finishing touches! thank you closet factory!!!
