What an amazing experience! We met with Don and expected a quality, reasonable priced closet system. What we received was "ART"! It is beyond our expectations. The design was unique, the quality, A-1, the workmanship of the men that installed it treated our home like it was their home. I would like to rate this as the best experience ever. A++ rating. If you are looking for a Classy, Caring, Thrustworthy man and company to come into your home with a design you could never imagine--you found it. Our family and friends are very jealous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Closettec for all of your closet space needs! More specifically, Don Cuffari was amazing every step of the way. My husband and I were adding a second floor master and we had no closet so needed someone reliable, reasonably-priced, and creative in getting the job done. Enter Don. He promptly arrived for our initial appointment, and paid attention to both our wants and needs. He quickly turned around a design reflecting exactly what we wanted - only to learn our contractor unaffiliated had made an error in providing the closet to-be's dimensions - significantly reducing the size and making the original design undoable. We were so disappointed! But, Don took it right in stride, advocated for us with the contractor while also completing without complaint a completely new design that effectively leveraged every bit of the smaller than expected space to still deliver us the closet of our dreams! Throughout the process, he counseled us on product availability and gave us choices at multiple price points. The installation team was timely and did an excellent job, meeting our every expectation. Of course, Don stayed involved to ensure we got exactly what we envisioned, and even personally inspected the final product to ensure everything was perfect! This was the second time that I have had Closettec and Don Cuffari its owner come to my home for another project as we had a great experience the first go around. This project was for our master closet. The closet design from Don was far superior than his competition and the pricing was competitive. The new material that Don recommended, a raised wood texture melamine, was absolutely beautiful. The closet is so user friendly and glamorous. We have so much joy showing it to all our friends and family. We treat it as treasured art. Thank you Don for your professionalism,honesty and charm. Don is a super star. My family and I have used Closettec for multiple closets in multiple homes for over 15 years now. Don always comes up with great suggestions and space efficient designs, and has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very solid quality work at better prices than his competitors. Before meeting with Don Cuffari regarding my closets, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Don came to my home and made excellent suggestions that I had not thought of. After seeing my beautifully installed closets, I am so thankful for his recommendations. The closets are a perfect use of space with room to spare. The personal service I received from Dan was second to none. He listened to what I wanted and improved upon it. I received a quality product at a reasonable price. We had a wonderful experience with Don and all of the installers. Our closets are beautiful. Don's designs are outstanding and we are thrilled with our closets! I would give my highest recommendation to Closettec.
We have a pretty small master walk in closet and decided we couldn't live with it any longer. Don came out and talked to us about our needs and then met with us a week or so later with his computerized design plans. They were able to come out and do the job in one day and the installers were very professional and left everything clean. They also built a linen closet for us in the hall. I still can't believe how much more we can fit in the closet now. I would definitely recommend this company!
Our experience with Closettec was great. We obtained quotes from four places, and Closettec was the cheapest. Our salesperson, Don, was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were in and out in just a few hours. We love how are laundry room looks.
