I like shopping here but it is not easy with children. The store is neat and orderly and sizes are easy to find. They have a good selection and the pieces are in good shape and mostly in style, the prices are alittle high for used clothes, I have shopped very good sales here but not recently. They do not use bags any longer to help the environment but they also got rid of their rewards program so frequent shoppers don't get any perks. Staff is pleasant but not overly friendly. Fitting rooms have a good amount of space and aren't annoying with needing a key, number, etc to use. Return policy is only 3 days with a receipt which isn't at all helpful for holidays, when special occasion clothes aren't necessarily worn right away.

Disappointed in my selling and shopping experience.  I brought a giant tote of plus size clothes in yesterday. All of them in fabulous condition from stores such as Lane Bryant, Avenue, Dress Barn etc. The majority was nice sweaters and lots of dress pants. They took none of them and I was told the reason was because they are only looking for skinny leg pants mine were straight leg and wide leg. After looking around the store I was even more disappointed by my experience. The store had barely any plus size pants at all! I don't think they are considering how challenging it can be to find good quality plus size clothes at an affordable price. You aren't going to sell any plus size clothes if you don't carry any. I don't know if I will plan to shop here again. Many of the other Clothes Mentor locations I have shopped at have a much wider selection of plus sized clothes.

AWESOME store! Great customer service, I always find something I love every time I go. There's a wide variety of designer bags and Vera Bradley purses and wallets. They don't usually take my clothes but I've noticed a good amount of clothes in there are of highest quality or still have tags on them! The employees take the time to learn my name and recognize my face when I come in, and constantly provide information about upcoming sales. This is one of my favorite stores as a college student in the working world because of their great quality, great prices, and great service.

Great store.  If you are looking for a unique find with gently used/new designers in clothing, shoes and especially handbags, this is the place.  I have found several Coach handbags here - one of them still had the tissue inside and was never used and I paid $20 for it.  Lots of fun looking for something special at a great price.

I just recently got into thrifting and this is one of my go to spots. Every time I go in there I find almost brand new in style clothing that is way more affordable than buying brand new. I go here because I can find nice work and casual clothes for less than half the price of purchasing new. Keep in mind it is still a thrift store so you do have to search through clothes but it’s nicely organized and much easier and cleaner than a goodwill or Salvation Army.

I was one of her first customers.  I was received nicely and with respect. She took time out to have such a nice clothing conversation, which I enjoyed deeply. I also found numerous of items that I still wear. I also told a lot of my friends about this store they were Please as well. I shall return really soon. Blessings.

The quality of what they sell has gone down. Mainly because they sell clothes from places such as Wal-Mart but will not buy quality designer clothes if they were from the previous year. It's cheaper to just go to a place like Salvation Army or Goodwill. Prices for the same type of clothes is cheaper elsewhere.

By far the largest selection of high-quality consignment, many new with tags.  And those $10 Lularoe are great. I know people complain that Clothes Mentor is super fussy about accepting consignment, and as a seller I hate it; but as a buyer I appreciate it!!! Thank you for putting up with the hassle of being small-business owners, ladies, so that we can look good on the cheap!!

Don't sell any of your handbags at this location. I should've listed my items on eBay. I sold to them three handbags plus two Swarovski rings in the original boxes and only obtained $41.00 even in cash. This location is scam and I will never shop here again. I should've just walked out but learned my lesson.

I didn't think it was as great as I'd heard it was. Items were over priced and I took in 3large boxes of work attire; tops, bottoms and shoes and they bought 2 pairs of shoes out of over 50 items... I took the rest to Goodwill, at least there someone who needs it can use it.
