Great store, the staff is incredible and they have awesome prices! Clean, well organized and a wide selection of name brand clothes - really high quality store and I can't say enough good things about it.  Go!

I would consider this place a scam. I dropped off some clothes about a month ago, after 3pm and was told that it was too late because the person left for the day who prices items. They said we could leave the items and we would get a call the next day saying that they were processed. I signed a slip that day I dropped them off. The next day I got text saying they were processed, then I called to see how much they thought my nice clothes were with the tags on still. They said we cannot tell you over the phone. Life got busy, and about a month later, today I dropped in to get my money. They said they donated my clothes! I told them I was never informed verbally that was their policy. I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. We asked for her manager, and she said it was her mom. I asked her for the phone number, and she proceeded to write it down and then stopped to crumple it up! I told her that is bad business practice. And she kept saying that’s what you signed initially. I told her, you need to let people know verbally to what they are signing. It was a little receipt. Worst of the worst customer service. If teens are going to run the business, you need to train them to explain the business to customers, and hope their business operates.

Great place with great quality and selection. Higher end selection of clothes choices at this location. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and great a putting super cute outfits together. I have also used the buy online feature and that has worked flawlessly. Highly recommend for expensive quality name banks items at a great price! I am and will be a repeat customer.

The staff was so friendly. They took maybe about 10 of my items, but I got $55 in store credit which I opted for. Great experience!

I purchased Michael kors  watch but my surprise this watch it's not working i call immediately when i receive my packet how ever answer says go change the battery but the problem is not the battery i call again now the lady  says oh is not more than 7  days please don't go this store clothes MENTOR MINNETONKA.

I would not suggest selling clothes at this location. There are many more locations to choose from with superb customer service. Only the clothes on the top of your container or bag are considered. Others are not reviewed. If you question the process or ask about how items are chosen, you will receive a “nice” response. :

I definitely like this location. I like this location because they are nice and friendly and are helpful when I come to sell my items. When they have to refuse some of my items they give me a satisfactory reason why they won't buy them e.i. they have plenty of the same items I am trying to sell, and I like the way they say well loved for items that are more worn. you don't get the same customer service at the Eden Prairie location.

Walked in with clothes to tub of clothes to sell. I no more than made it in the door and a staff said “we are done buying today. we stop buying at this store at 3.” I was super surprised as I’ve sold clothes at other store later. She didn’t apologize or give me their next opening time, she just walked away… She could have at least been more kind or let me know when I could in fact sell. I’ll just bring my clothes elsewhere. Nothing worse than going out of your way to do something, not being able to do it and then ppl being rude about it…

Tried to sell at this spot 2x and after dropping off and waiting hours, both times they took zero items. I brought the items elsewhere and made over $100. Not sure why I even tried a second time!

This is the most incredible, family-run business, and I cannot speak highly enough of it! I truly have not had such an enjoyable shopping experience anywhere else. At Clothes Mentor Minnetonka, I’m able to SELL my clothes and get in-store credit or cash! Not sure what some of the negative reviews are talking about? They have accepted the vast majority of my name-brand, STYLISH clothes, that are in GREAT condition I’m assuming people have brought in some ugly/worn-out items and that’s why they didn’t receive offers! I have found so many cute pieces here, from bags, to shirts, to dresses and shoes! Amazing deals on high-end brands. The staff is so helpful and have a great eye for filling their store with the hottest trends! I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars. HIGHLY recommend.
