My spa experience with RoseAnn left me on Cloud 9. She was expertly attentive, used just the right amount of pressure and made me feel completely relaxed. Great ambiance & very reasonable prices.
Absolutely amazing service from the moment you walk in. Staff is attentive at check in and the atmosphere is calm & clean. My massage therapist was Ms. Jennifer. She is stronger than she looks but can still provide a softer touch if needed. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. So glad I booked my massage here.
Love these ladies! I've been to Cloud 9 a couple of times and will definitely return. Very professional massage therapists who know what they're doing. I have ulnar and trigeminal nerve damage that occasionally causes involuntary twitching under one eye. After one session it was gone Relaxing environment. Thoroughly recommend
I got a 60min Swedish massage by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! The second I walked into the store I felt relaxed. The rooms are clean and relaxing too. Very comfortable bedding. I do wish they were open a little later, but when I have another open day I will be coming back!
Exceptional Spa! Lovely experience! The staff performing the services were so friendly, kind and skilled at their services Susan for our facials, Jess for our massages! The ambiance of the waiting area is welcoming and the rooms are perfect for relaxing. On top of that, this company treats its customers well - we had a hiccup with scheduling and the ladies went above and beyond to make up for it during our visit. We look forward to being repeat customers and recommend Cloud 9 Day Spa to anyone looking! A great place to support!
Great facial, and they didn't try to sell me any products. I find it so awkward and I don't rebook when the service involves a sales pitch for super expensive skin care products. Rebooked before I left. Would recommend.
I received a lymphatic draining massage from Quinn sorry if I spelled it wrong! yesterday and today- she was so kind, generous, and knew exactly what to do! I would highly recommend both the spa and the therapist!

Amazing experience, super relaxing atmosphere and very skilled masseuse. I loved the oils, sprays, music, ambiance, etc. and she got lots of knots out of my back.
