Club 24 Concept Gyms

Stay away from this gym. They rope you in by stating a free 2 weeks which isn’t true. Then you are still responsible for the next 2 months. They conveniently forget to tell you about the large annual fee. Went here 1 time, machines aren’t level and bathrooms smell terrible as if they haven’t ever been cleaned. They are charging me almost $60 for this one day and keep saying ”there’s nothing we can do”. How about do what’s right and take care of your customers.

Door does not work and when this is brought to their attention they make up excuses such as “you are not current on charges” when this is not the case for me or they’ll say “it obviously is working, people are getting in” when I’ve stood out there with 4 people and none of us could get our card to scan. Then, their solution one day was to leave the door unlocked overnight. I am very disappointed as the gym itself is nice, but the staff and management are terrible and do not care if people are happy. They also are trigger happy in charging “trespass” fees. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are leaving the door broken to make a killing on the trespass fees.

The gym itself was very nice. When I signed up I was ready and eager to go. Immediately after my first training session they swooped me into a contract. When I asked if I could pay the next day or think about the contract they said “no. It has to be done today.” Not only was I exhausted from the training I had just done, I was extremely out of it to be able to make a decision and they should’ve known that themselves. Apparently that’s how they get you. I haven’t been to the gym in a while and I understand that a payment biweekly is charged for the membership whether you attend the gym or not. However, the training sessions contract does not say that you must be charged the almost 300$ fee whether you attend a session or not. Our trainer cancelled on us and couldn’t attend yet we still had to pay the fee? That doesn’t make any sense considering it doesn’t specify that anywhere in the contract. I went into club 24 recently and spoke to the so called “owner of the gym” and he was just rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to say that what me and my partner wanted was a “waste of time” and not worth his time even though it had absolutely nothing to do with him personally, he proceeded to say while I was on the phone with another lady about cancelling to “hang up the phone” and when I went in person to cancel after they had called and harassed me multiple times and took my entire paycheck that was going towards bills without my permission - he had the audacity to say “I don’t understand why you’re so upset”. If I had gone into your account and taken all of your money without any authorization, you’d probably be upset. Absolutely no apologies, no warnings, no nothing that has helped me today. And I still have to pay within those 60 days of cancelling because that’s the only way to cancel. When I threatened to involve a lawyer they changed it to 30? Which one is it. Theres something going on at club 24 and cancelling shouldn’t be taken personal nor should the managers or owners treat us without respect. I do not recommend club 24 and if you do, ask them to print out a physical copy of all contracts. They are full of themselves and I will not be going ever again nor will I recommend anyone go there.

I have been going to Club 24 for a year now. I always appreciate how I am greeted with a smile and a nod when I arrive and leave. I enjoy group classes very much! They have personal training available to learn how to use machines, which is nice! Overall, I have a nice experience and enjoy going to this gym!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Zumba class and other classes have instructors who change up routines so our bodies and minds don’t become complacent. The trainers here are knowledgeable instructors who listen to what you what to achieve and build a plan tailored just for you. My trainer Shammond who shows me at every session that I have more inside of myself then I give myself credit and motivates me to keep striving for my fitness goals.

I signed up several months ago. The lady who gave me a tour was wonderful & informative. She helped me sign up with a personal trainer too. My trainer is a great teacher who is very patient & kind. I enjoy my time here because the staff are welcoming and I feel comfortable. The manager remembers who people are & greets me by name. The staff say hello when you enter and have a great day when you leave. I feel like a person, not just a number.

I am very disappointed in this gym, the attention is terrible at the front desk and they put a lot of pressure on you to have a trainer, it is very uncomfortable. The times that I try to go to a group class are never always canceled and as if that was not enough, if you want to withdraw you have to pay a lot of money, they do not tell you at the beginning of the registration.

This place is garbage their front door doesn't work when u scan your card to get in and when it does open if you let anyone in they charge you 25 dollars per person that you let in. They have gotten so many people with this charge. Sitting outside for 20 minutes scanning when it finally worked they charged the lady 100 dollars. They want u to close the door and make everyone sit out there trying to scan theirs for another 20 minutes. This place is garbage they are blatantly robbing people and getting away with it. I recommend anyplace but here.

This is a great gym, it has all the equipment needed and everything works great, it’s 24/7 which is amazing and is overall an amazing gym. And that’s the end of the review for men. Women who workout in the AM: You WILL feel uncomfortable. There is a guy that has made multiple unnecessary comments to multiple females, and won’t stop after you tell him to stop. When multiple females told the manager, nothing not even a verbal warning happened. It’s honestly an uncomfortable place to workout, and no one will do anything to make you feel safe/comfortable working out. If you’re a female that works out in the morning, I would advise you to look elsewhere before spending your money here.

You will never want to give them your phone number. They have robo called me for 3 months even when o blocked the number! Otherwise good people and not bad for low price gym.
