I remember starting a membership during Covid. I remember thinking I canceled it, only to be billed almost around 80 dollars. I remember talking to the person, and then they told me. Oh you owe 20 dollars more. Because you didn’t pay with a card the very first time. So I basically had to pay again. I remember being told it was fine, if I use cash. Only to be told the second I officially canceled, that I was told you’re not supposed to use cash.Only reason why I’m writing this is because, I had a nightmare about forgetting to pay 20 dollars. This gym is okay but never go in the mornings, the people who work there low-key judges you. I don’t go there anymore. That’s just my experience, preferably I recommend this gym if you’re doing a lot of sports or activities. If not you’re basically wasting your money. If they tell you it’s fine to use cash, don’t listen to them. Because it will not be documented as payment. Just missing
Gym has everything you need to get a good workout in. However, with how much it cost to have a gym membership with Four Seasons I would expect better kept facilities. Pierce Street and Central are in need of a deep and thorough cleaning.
When I initially joined 4 Seasons the upkeep and overall condition of the locker and shower rooms was OK. But as time has gone by I feel this has not been maintained. I joined 4 Seasons to have access to a 'warmer pool' for aquatics and ongoing exercise.
Always a smile from staff members. They offer so many options of workouts at all levels of fitness - and makes every single person feel welcome. I mostly use the pool - and it is filled with great staff members and friendly members that make every day a fun workout! Highly recommended facility
It is a great facility, there is no doubt about that. This has been my gym for quite awhile now. With that being said, in the past I have seen others use the racquetball room for practicing indoor soccer. I decided I wanted to do the same to keep up with conditioning and I thought it was a neat thing this gym provided - allowing others the liberty to practice a different sport which has connected so many of us. I had been practicing for a couple of weeks now. Recently I was told I could not use the room for that purpose which I found odd seeing as the racquetball room is not used as frequently for its original purpose. Overall, I do not understand why this is a problem especially since it is not affecting anyone is any way, shape, or form. I will say I am disappointed with this decision, but nonetheless I thought I would share my opinion about it. As said before, the gym itself is fine.
Give this place a try. Brand new weight training equipment, massive indoor tennis, pool, hot tub. It’s a huge facility for a reasonable price. The management cares and is responsive and most of all they have a community focus, including devout passion to help those with special needs, that surpasses any other health club, yes I’m gonna say it, even surpassing the YMCA. To be fair I’m an old school meat head…the place is too busy for me but it’s a great facility for the masses and with their passion for the community they get 5 stars. Kudos to the management, staff and owners.
My husband came upset he had an accident in the restroom he fell and hurt his ankle. Went to the desk and let them know the lady roll her eyes. He won’t be going back this was 2nd incident in the whole two years .
Great gym. I'm a fan of the pool area and the health food Cafe they have in house. Great protein shakes
