Club Atti2ude/ Custom Fitness
Club Atti2ude provides a personalized and customized fitness program to meet client’s individual needs according to their lifestyle. We coach, inspire and motivate people to live a healthier lifestyle through fitness and better nutrition.
Our approach is a small scale and more personally oriented. We focus not only in just lifting weight but on how we live, how we feel and how we eat. We want our clients not to be dependent on us but independent from us. We take the time to educate them by widening their knowledge and understanding about health and fitness.
The people to whom we provide the greatest service are individuals or couples, are professionals, 35+, who have either previously worked with another trainer and/or have been a member of a gym and have achieved only limited success, are clear on what they want to accomplish, are coachable, are committed to a consistent schedule.
The attitude of the ideal client towards not only physical training, but to those things in life that are truly important such as; positively impacting their loved ones and the broader community are in alignment with the Atti2ude of the Club.
