So far so good as far as the gym membership goes its amazing and amazing class teachers for the zumba and cycling etc but I'm leaving out 2stars because of the club kids, the black older lady there was so rude with nasty attitude, my daughter was crying and she just ignored her, I heard her voice from where I was working out and ran in there asking what's going on and she completely ignored me and continued wiping off the toys, like she wasn't even trying to calm my 1yr old daughter down if was the other white lady that explained they asked her not to do something n she kept doing it. The black older lady was really very nasty and uncaring if u know children piss u off why would u work with them?? Also, because I owe gym membership she would not let me let my children n my children club fitness was already paid its my first time missing gym membership payments they other staffs were willing to allow me workout but it was so difficult to allow my children in clubkids and I wasn't even owing for the clubkids n she knew I literally just paid for it the previous week. Smh I will cancel the club kids and diffinitely not taking my children there nomore.
This was a nice gym years back fast forward few years, Staff is clueless and doesn’t clean up. locker rooms are trashed and smell like a dumpster. Cables and ropes are clearly in need of updating. But on to the next best thing!!
I’ve been going to this gym for several years and for the most part it’s been a friendly and clean environment. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of workout equipment. As any gym, equipment gets damaged and worn but they get it fixed on a timely manner
Canceled membership. Gym has constant problems, outdated machines, nasty sauna that doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned, and they've yet to return to 24/7. Edit: All of my complaints and you bring up one thing. Don't act like you care about your staff, maybe pay them better wages and they'd stay.
Best gym in Dover. They update their facility, very mindful of what customers want. They are willing to listen to suggestions on machines to get. Friendly staff and great managers.
We have Been coming for years and we love this place, the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. We bring both our young girls to the daycare centers while we work out and it’s huge and they always have a great time. Super clean and tons of space. Having the girls room is great, only complaint would be the girls room and having matching dumbbells.
Small but convenient for most things. It's geared more towards older people but nice. The owners are helpful.
Womens area is great. Staff is friendly. HOWEVER, •Metal shavings on the floor in the tanning room. •I’ve had to ask for towels a total 6 times I’ve gone to the front desk within the past two weeks because there are zero upstairs. •Water machines broken lol •Also, if you tan don’t use room 1 upstairs because the bed has literally the front half on the floor and doesn’t shut properly so it constantly shuts on you while cleaning. Everything I listed above, is a fact and has happened on multiple occasions.
Staff were acceptable. I only stayed a day, cheapest equipment possible some of the workout equipment is not very good and will hurt you in the long run. The platinum area is run down with uneven floors, people stretch in areas that are needed to work out, and destroyed equipment. They have a speaker that people blast terrible music that will drown out even good ear buds. People run up and down stairs as a exercise. The giant gym only has three water fountains. Looks kinda like a trap house. The locker room had bodily fluid stains that didn't look like sweat. I turned in my scan card to staff at least they said I wouldn't be charged for a same day cancelation. Edit: owner was very responsive and agreed to even refund me. The gym might not have been for me but at least give em a tour. Instead of two stars I gave three.
