Club Royale Marina

Really hit or miss at this place. The staff working here usually polite and helpful. The boat ramp is restricted to the business hours unless you pay dockage as well launching still carries a fee. The boat ramp should be available to all paying customers at more reasonable times like both weekend days in the off season and being accessible in the evening in summer etc.

Brad was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with troubleshooting the issues with my boat. He's always been professional and courteous and I've always had good experiences dealing with him.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The first visit I had was a success. The second is a little like a complete nightmare! I took my boat in for an issue with a broken starter bolt. Was quoted $1500 to have it repaired. I declined and tried to get a car mechanic to do the job. He tried and was unsuccessful. I brought it back. Boat was fixed for the cost of $2400 plus. 2 bolts. Extracting the bolts. Means the engine needs to come out. Paid the bill used my boat 4 times 3 weeks later now both starter bolts snapped. I brought it back and no help on repairing a item after 3 weeks. My understanding was wait till mid Nov and pay for the job a second time. I found a new shop and for just over $1500 got a remedy and speedy service. New Starter, Carb Adjustment and a 90 day warranty. Boats ran the best it ever has now.

It hurts me to give them two stars because the Sales department is great. My issue lies with the service department / dry dock. They had a week to put my boat on the trailer and get it ready for pick up. They got the boat on the brand new trailer I bought from CR, however it was missing the rear tie down straps which is illegal and unsafe to drive that way. The boat wasn't flush with the carpeted stops in the front needed to be cranked by winch another 2 feet. I had written on the service form to do an oil change which they did not do, completely ignored, and never expressed they wouldn't have time to do it in a week. I guess they didn't want my business.

Love this Marina and their service dept. Brad saved the day when we had a boat emergency. One and only place to service our Supra. Went out of their way to help us out! Highly recommend!

I have dealt with Club Royale for the past 15 years of boat storage, maintenance and repairs, and spring delivery/fall pickup. Rob’s entire team is outstanding, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled! Brad, the service manager for past 10 years or so, is the best! I remain a loyal customer.

Brad and the mechanic who performed the repair on my 200 Johnson were very professional from troubleshooting to repair. Diagnostic was spot on an required a fairly extensive repair. I thought my boat would be out of service for an extended period of time but Brad assured my that the repair would be completed in time for my annual salmon fishing trip, the boat was back in the water and running great within five days. I would not hesitate to recommend Club Royale for any type of repair. Thank You Club Royale and staff.

I want to make sure everyone who stores their equipment with Club Royale they know that they are not liable when your property is in their storage. I purchased my boat from Curt who was very professional to work with and I have zero complaints. I understand accidents happen from unfortunate events however, after I had my boat delivered this spring I had a good size tear in the carpet. They feel that an animal tore the carpet and that is not covered by them. I paid for them to pick it up, winterize it and store it inside. But please understand if an animal damages your boat they are not liable. However, if you want to file a claim with your insurance they will fix it or sell you a new boat. Keep in mind this winter. I have stored my boat with them the past five years with other issues. So a minor issue that could have been resolved the solution provided was buy this $58k boat and we will give you $20k on a trade in they will try to sell for $28k.

The folks in service here were great to work with! Brad and forgive me I can't remeber her name the gal in the service department were very helpful even though they didn't need to be. I purchased a boat new from a dealer in Alabama and when I needed warrantee work done I was directed to club royal because they were the only dealer around that carried that brand. However, I did not purchase the boat from them....they handled my warrantee work which was a nightmare for them without issue. Nice people in the service department!
